Apartment in Elviria, Nr. Marbella, Costa del Sol - 10 minutes drive to Beach

Lovely ground floor apartment beautifully appointed and has a large terrace for enjoying sun during the day and balmy evenings after a relaxing day, as well as watching a large variety of birdlife in the landscaped gardens. The apartment is very spacious and comfortably furnished. The master bedroom has en suite and a range of built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 2, with twin beds, also has fitted wardrobes. The kitchen leads to a second small terrace with utility area. There is an open plan entrance, dining room and lounge area with bed settee. Several golf courses are close by, including Santa Maria (3 mins.) + shops, restaurants, bars and the lovely beaches of Elviria are within 10 mins drive.

Clean, spacious apartment in quiet complex

Clean, spacious apartment in a quiet complex which easily accommodated our family of five. Wifi was a great bonus with teenage kids. Beautiful beach in Elviria was five minutes drive away with restaurants, supermarkets and takeaways near the beach. Shops and restaurants in Marbella within an easy drive. Would recommend this apartment for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

Had a great time and loved the Elviria area

Overall the appartment is great as well as the area. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday away from the city vibe then this is your best option, planty of swimming pools around the flat and very close the the best beaches in Marbella only 4min drive.

This is my second year staying in Elviria area and I will defiantly come back again with the family next year.

The management company was absolutely great very informative and supportive throughout the stay and they even offered a late checkout which is great for late departure.

Perfect..it was like a home from home!

The villa was gorgeous very spacious and cool and very clean! There was 7 of us who stayed 3 in the main bedroom 2 in the second bedroom and 2 in the futon and there was plenty of room for us all. There was WiFi as well which was really nice to have. Cooking facilities and kitchen were great. The area is lovely about 10 minute taxi drive to the square and beach and there's some really cheap places to eat with very good food and a 25 minute taxi ride from Puerto Banus so we had the best of both worlds!....will definatley be staying here again.

2nd visit to this great apartment - quiet location

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this lovely property.

It is very clean, well maintained and extremely well equipped for a relaxing holiday. Great decor and layout for our family.

Located on a quiet development in Elviria.

We know the area quite well and this location is an easy 10 min drive to lovely restaurants, bars and fabulous beaches.

We love to go to the beach everyday. Lido beach is great and you can walk along to Nikki beach in one direction and towards Marbella in the other. We would recommend the fantastic food at 'The Beach house' for lunch or dinner.

In Elviria there's a nice selection of restaurants and the Bus

busier nightlife of Marbella and Puerto Banus is also within easy reach.

The owner provides great service and the property management are always helpful.

We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet base with an easy drive to all amenities.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 40 Kilometres Car: recommended


The beautiful beaches of Elviria are probably the best in the area, the closest are within about 10 minutes drive. Popular ones are the famous Nikki Beach and the Don Carlos Beach Club, there is a choice of other beaches with restaurants + bars, sun beds and beach umbrellas. The beaches all have soft clean sand and some have watersports.


Closest airport is Malaga which is approx 30/40 mins drive. Car hire is essential.


Marbella Town is 10 mins by car. Puerto Banus is 15 mins by car.

Further Details:

There are many lovely places to see if you feel like exploring. The white villages, for which the area is famous. Marbella Old Town is very pretty and has many shops, bars and restaurants. Puerto Banus is great for people watching. Inland, Ronda is well worth a visit. There is a large modern shopping mall at Canada. Approx. 1.5 to 2 hours will get you to the Sierra Nevada mountains, where the Spanish do their skiing.
