Beachside House in Marbella Area Nr. Puerto Banus / San Pedro, Costa del Sol, Spain - Pueblo Style Spanish Development, Less than 5 Mins Walk to Beach

Our Holiday Home -102 Guadalvillas, Lindavista beach, Marbella is set in a beautiful residential urbanization, with two private pools for residents use only.

The house is just a 2 minute stroll to the beach at Lindavista Baja and is situated beside the Guadalmina north Golf Course in Marbella.

It is walking distance to San Pedro town with it’s abundance of shops and restaurants and is just a 5 minutes drive from the famous glitzy Puerto Banus and 10 minutes drive from the centre of Marbella town.

For those who enjoy walking you can walk from the house all the way to Marbella (by the sea for most of it), through the front line of Puerto Banus which takes about an hour and 20 minutes or so.

The house itself is a corner site with a private garden and patio area (for alfresco dining) and a roof garden for all day sun.

It has a large living/dining room with satellite TV (UK and Irish channels, kids TV, movies and all sports) free High Speed wifi, and DVD Player.

The house has 4 bedrooms in total, sleeping up to 7 people.

Bedrooms 1st floor:

1 x master double with large en-suite,

1 x Double or Twin room with balcony and

1 x twin room

Bedrooms Ground floor:

1 x single bedroom en-suite (located away from the other bedrooms downstairs off the kitchen so not suitable for young children)

Bathrooms:

1 x Main bathroom with bath, shower, WC & Vanity on 1st Floor,

1 x Large En-suite off the master bedroom with walk in wet room, double vanity and WC

1 x en-suite with shower, sink and WC off downstairs bedroom

1 x Guest W/C with sink off main hallway

The Kitchen is fully equipped with hob and oven, Fridge, Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine etc with plenty of crockery and cutlery.

You will also find plenty of towels and beach towels, hairdryers, a selection of beach toys for kids and a little library of books that guests are free to use (or add to!) while they are staying.

The beach at Lindavista, San Pedro is a lovely spot with plenty of chiringuitos (beach bars) and restaurants open all year and water sports from March to October.

Our favourites would be Khala Khalua at the far end of the beautiful San Pedro Passeo where you can relax and watch the sun go down sipping on a glass of wine or cava and nibbling from their many delicious dishes, http://www.kalakalua.com/es/

El Ancla Restaurant and pool club at the end of the development on the beach for a really special relaxing day swimming in their amazing salt water pool or book lunch overlooking the sea in their beautiful restaurant http://elanclarestaurante.com/en/

Maccao beach Club where they have the most delicious cocktails and food http://www.macaaobeachclubmarbella.com/ - again on the beach at the end of the development

and finally Guayaba Beach which is open from June to September and is perfect for families as it is on the beach and serves kid friendly dishes as well as having a full bar open on certain nights until 2am!

The house is our Home away from home and has lots of little extras that you will not get in a standard rental property. i.e beach towels, kids beach toys, a little lending library - Our guests really enjoy the homely and family friendly feel of our house and we have many repeat visits.

I have just returned from this lovely townhouse where I spent 10 days with my husband and 2 children.

There is everything you could need in the house and it is so close to the beach and the little town of San Pedro.

We had a very relaxing few days and will definitely book this property again.

Really Enjoyed it, flying visit though!

I am just back from a wonderful 4 day stay in 102 Guadalvillas.

It was such a lovely relaxing break and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

As it was short trip we didn't travel too far from the house, mostly we just walked down the end of the road to my favourite El Ancla and treated ourselves to a day at their sea water pool with a relaxing lunch looking out to sea.

I have stayed in this house many times before and it really does feel like a home away form home - everything you could want including towels, hairdryers, TV (to watch the soaps!) and internet as well as a lovely private garden and roof terrace.

They have just had a new kitchen fitted also so that was a nice surprise - although I have to say I wasn't tempted to cook!

I love the surrounding area and while I didn't get to walk the stunning Paseo by the beach this time I did get to enjoy a couple of nights out in San Pedro town which is always enjoyable.

The only downside is that I wont be back again until next year!

Fantastic, great house, everything you need for a wonderful holiday in an unbeatable location very close to the beach and a short walk in to the town of San Pedro. The owners and their local house manager are very accommodating and easy/nice to deal with; the booking, stay and departure couldn't have been easier. We will be back! Matt & Alex

Fantastic Holiday (August 2015)

This property is ideally situated for access to local facilities. Easy walk to the beach with a number of excellent restaurants and bars.

The property is very clean and provides all the facilities you will need to have a fantastic time . The whole community is kept immaculate with 2 large pools - shallow end for children too, in beautiful gardens. There are a number of different nationalities using this community and everyone is so friendly.

There was a wide range of ages staying with us and the younger ones found it ideal as they could walk to Puerto Banus and enjoy the nightlife it provides. The senior members of our party also found it ideal to go for nice long leisurely walks.

The whole community is a safe area for children and all play equipment is provided at the home (beach stuff etc..).

We found excellent restaurants in the area and found the barbecue on the Sun Roof to be a massive plus.

There are a number of supermarkets in the area.

We hired a car as we like to see different towns and drove to Gibraltar (40 mins).

The owners make sure it is really easy to book and we were welcomed by a lovely lady who showed us round the property and provided contact details in an emergency.

We enjoyed the house and the area so much we are all returning again in 2017.

Fabulous area

We recently stayed in this Villa. There was 7 in our group ( 4 adults, 3 children). It was the perfect relaxing break. Its a very spanish area. The villa in set in a very pretty urbanization & is only a few minutes walk from the beach where there are lots of lovely restaurants. The restaurants get very busy but we still always managed to get a table. It's probably best if you hire a car whilst your there as its a bit of a walk if your going up to the supermarket & carrying shopping back etc. Also you'll be able to travel into Marbella & Peurto Banus. The Villa has everything you could need & an excellent housekeeper if you need any help. We would definitely go back to this area again.

There is a wild life park just 20 minutes away by car called Selwoo and Funky Forest Toddler cafe is a 10 minute drive.

Buses run to marbella and Peurto Banus from San Pedro every 15 minutes

  • Notes on accommodation: The house is very safe for children as the garden is private and cots and high chairs can be arranged if requested. Toddler Garden Toys including a paddling pool are already there. There is a heating and air-conditioning system which is very affective in both winter and summer. Hairdryers are in two of the bedrooms and beach towels are available on request. Outside: The property has a private garden and patio area and shares two pools with other residents in the development. The pools are just a short stroll beyond the garden and are situated in a mature garden setting. The garden has a toddler slide, small ball pit and paddling pool with a selection of buckets and spades for children also. The beach is also a short stroll through the gardens to the Destination Beach Clubs El Ancla and Bora Bora and the Buzzy Familly Friendly Guayaba Beach San Pedro where the bar stays open late every night of the summer and the food is great! Utility Room: Hoover, cleaning equipment, electric heater, iron and ironing board. Golf Clubs, Child's Buggy, pull trolley for beach equipment, stair gate, travel cot picnic set, paddle tennis equipment.
