Cortijo Lujar is a delightful traditional property with modern day living requirements included. Nestled just above the town close to all amenities the house consists off 2 large bedrooms, spacious lounge/diner with open fire and a stylish modern bathroom. The house is presented in cheerful summer colours with a relaxing atmosphere complete with home cinema system with IPOD facility. The fully equipped kitchen has all the elements required to serve up all the culinary delights you may require. Situated behind a private gated entrance you will find a pleasant drive through the Olive trees to the first sun terrace, close to here you will find the 5m x 6m lit pool with sun loungers and gazebo. The rear terrace has a built-in barbecue with a food preparation area and is lit for your convenience. The area is one of outstanding natural beauty and the views are exhilarating, which is ideal for combining every element a good holiday deserves.
We are a couple who are aiming to provide a customer focused holiday, targeted at relaxation and enjoyment.
Our home is a relaxing place, with quietness and tranquility, yet having the option to party through the night in the local town or following your desires by adding adventure in the nearby mountains.

As frequent visitors to Spain travelling through the various regions we came across the Alpujjaras, whilst it was only a short trip it became our most loved one.
Situated on the side of the Sierra Nevada mountain, Orgiva offers something for every body, with the fresh mountain air walks, through to exploring the various mountain villages as you climb towards the summit, which in the winter can easily become white.
It is said for the adventurous individual it is possible to snow ski in the morning and sunbathe in the afternoon.
A short car ride towards the coast, offers our guests the chance to visit some lovely coves, with Rhianna beach our favourite near Calahonda through to the Spanish resort of Salobrena.
Orgiva is ideal with views and easy access to cater for all.
Property is situated 2 mins in a car and 8/10 mins on foot, from Orgiva town with a variety of bars and tavernas available offering excellent tapas for all likes.
Town has a variety of shops a medical centre, so no need to travel to the large super markets if you don't want to.
The town has many fiestas during the year, local websites in Granada region can help.
Property sat in 1 acre of secure grounds, with no on lookers, as privacy fencing is in place. The casa has one level with one or two small steps, nothing of any significance, however the property is not configured for wheel chair access, so this would be a consideration.
Pool is private and for clients use, it is maintained once per week by our Agent.
Sun terraces offer views of the mountains which are stunning.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week, per day in Euros.
A deposit of 30% is payable upon booking and the balance to be paid preferably 4 weeks before arrival. Balance can be paid upon arrival, if agreed. Refundable security deposit - 150 Euros.
A welcome pack can be arranged with prior notification for the sum of 50 (approx) Euros.
