The town of Kenmare is situated on the Wild Atlantic Way, Ring of Kerry and the breath taking Ring of Beara peninsula. Close to Cork, Killarney, Dingle and much more Kenmare is a perfect base for anyone looking to tour the south west of Ireland.

We have four of these Deluxe Townhouses available all year round. Each house having an open plan dining and kitchen area with french double doors opening up onto the outdoor patio dining area with its own private garden.

If you are tired of hotel breaks with restricted meal times and limited privacy, Our self catering is the perfect solution. Here you’ll find the comfort and luxury of a private home with your own kitchen to use when and how you like.

You can choose the perfect break, for families or group trips whether for weekend breaks, midweek escapes or long lazy Summer vacations.

All bed linen and towels and essentials are provided, In bathrooms. Kitchens are fully equipped for the keenest of cooks and are supplied with tea bags, ground coffee, sugar and other basics, to make your arrival go a bit more smoother. You will find all necessary cleaning products including dishwasher tablets, tea towels, hand towels and dish cloths under the kitchen sink. Free view is installed in all properties and complimentary WiFi is also available in all properties.

High level of guest accommodation, a state of the art kitchen which flows through to a open planned dining room and a luxurious lounge area with an open fire, TV and French doors from the dining area lead on to a fully private garden. Upstairs comprises of three bedrooms,two king size zip and link beds which can be configured to accommodate you party's needs and a double. There is a toilet under the stairs, an en-suite in the master room with a bath and shower, and the main bathroom lso comprises of a bath and shower.

My name is Patrick Foley I own Foley's Hotel & Restaurant, and Ardmullen Holiday Homes. I have been in the Hospitality industry for over 25 years and the Foley Family for the last 75 years.

We like to please our customers and do whatever is necessary for them to have a comfortable stay and a nice holiday.

I am available 24hrs via my direct email, for my guests. In cases of severe emergencies my mobile will be supplied on check in.

We had a wonderful experience all around. We stayed at the Foley Guesthouse above the pub the first night and 7 nights at 5 Ardmullen Manor home. Everything was more than we expected. We were in town for a family reunion. There were 8 of us who comfortably stayed at the manor home. Several relatives stayed elsewhere and when they saw our accommodations they wished they had reserved a home at Ardmullen. Home was updated, walking distance to town and conveniently located near top sightseeing spots like Dingle Peninsula, Beara Peninsula, Ring of Kerry, Killarney Natl.Park, must see Healy Pass and even Cork. We loved everything about this place and Kenmare as a whole. Would do it all over again! Thanks to Pat Foley and his staff for the great service and putting up with us & our family members (50+) who took up half the restaurant & the street side seating

These Stylish Homes are fitted with everything you will need during your stay, all essentials and necessities. Any requests that we can fulfill, we will. Great base for touring the whole of the South West, Wild Atlantic Way, Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara.

Coast/Beach:

Kenmare is on the Wild Atlantic Way the best driving route for the west of Ireland, it has a very pretty harbor from where you can swim, fish or take a trip on the "Safari Cruise" to view the wildlife in the area and also approximately 30 minutes drive from a host of sandy beaches

Travel:

Nearest Travel Links - Airport Cork 100km. Railway Killarney 35km. Ferry: Ringaskiddy 115km new cork swansea oerreated by fasnet line saving you 375 miles sailing 8 times a week . To get to Kenmare from Cork take the N22 from Cork to Killarney, then take R569 to Kenmare, from Killarney take the N71 to get to Kenmare.Nearest airport - Cork: 100 Kilometres. Nearest ferry - Cork: 105 Kilometres. Nearest train - Killarney: 31 Kilometres. Nearest Beach - beach: 15 Kilometres.

Located just a 10 minute stroll into the town of Kenmare with its wonderful selection of restaurants, traditional pubs and craft shops this is the ideal choice for your holiday, both in terms of the style of accommodation and Kenmare being the perfect location.

Adventure Center: This new purpose-built Activity Center and Bar/Restaurant is fast becoming an essential part of a family holiday in Kenmare. The center itself is situated on the shores of Kenmare Bay and surrounded by the Caha Mountains just a five minute drive from Kenmare Town Center. The activities on offer include kayaking, sailing, canoing, sea kayaking, hillwalking, team games and a Wildlife Safari Cruise on Kenmare Bay. Newly introduced for 2007 are the children’s playground, American pedal boats, water trampoline and slide, archery range, soccer pitch with changing facilities and the family walking trail. There are lots of great fishing spots to choose from around Kenmare including Clonee Lake, Kenmare Bay and the Black Valley. Permits can be obtained locally.

Hill Walking: The Kerry Way and Beara Way walking routes are ideal for those with an interest in trekking or you could even join the annual summer hike to Ireland's highest mountain, Carrauntouhil. The foothills of the famous MacGillycuddy Reeks are right on Kenmare's doorstep.

Diving: Kenmare and its vicinity offers some incredible dive spots and wrecks. You may even be lucky enough to come across a dolphin or two. Try-dives are available for beginners and advanced dives for the more experienced.

Pony Trekking is the ideal way to explore the hidden treasures of Kenmare and its hinterland. Professional lessons are also available for beginners.

Other activities in the area include quad biking, pet farms, craft workshops and bicycle hire.
