Villa in Moraira, Costa Blanca - Peaceful Location, 5 minute drive to Beach, Restaurants, Supermarkets and Clubs

Villa Las Parras is a traditional style Spanish Villa with a well equipped kitchen and outside eating and BBQ area. The living rooms are spacious and there is plenty to do both inside and outside the house, whether it be sunbathing on the pool terrace, catching up on the latest sport action, shooting pool or playing table football or table tennis or simply enjoying the views. Whatever appeals you will certainly be able to relax and unwind in Las Parras.

About The Owner

Cathy and David Evans have owned Lasparras for more than 10 fun years now. After a brief period of living in the villa in the early years, we now live in Kent, England. We have let the villa mainly for large family summer holidays and from the feedback we have had, our guests have enjoyed themselves.

Why The Owner chose Moraira

When we decided to buy a home in Spain, Moraira had been recommended to us because we had school requirements as well as wanting to live in the sunshine. When we visited Moraira for the first time it clearly lived up to its recommendation and we decided there and then to find a home in the neighbourhood.

Moraira is a beautiful area and a fantastic location for a memorable summer holiday

What makes this villa unique

Apart from Moraira itself, the villa has a lovely swimming pool and sun deck area with amazing views of the Mediterranean. There is also a games room inside the house with pool and table football and table tennis outside in a covered area.

Personally, we love the opportunity to spend family meals together and eat and drink in the open air either in the villa or at restaurants.

I have nothing bad to say about anything, it was all great.

The owner was prompt and helpful, the villa was as advertised, and for the first time ever in villa renting history, the pool table was a good make and had a full set of cues (with tips!) and balls. Imagine that! :)

There were seven of us staying here and we all had a great holiday. If it's available when we next visit Spain, we'll book it again.

Great for families

This is an excellent villa for families. We had 9,7,4 and 2 year olds. The sleeping accommodation worked perfect for us.

The pool was excellent and all adults and children enjoyed it.

The villa is well stocked with every utensil you need.

The games room is a good space but as the weather was so good we hardly used it. The table tennis outside but under cover is a good area.

The supermarkets are close by (both large and small) as are other food stores.

The beaches are 5 or 10 minutes away depending on which one you go to.

We always got a free space at whichever beach we went to.

Moraira is a nice town not like the neighbors further down the coast.

Amazing family friendly villa

We really enjoyed your lovely villa. Had an amazing time just chilling out with the family. There was so much space, the bedrooms were great and we enjoyed the clear view of the stars at night.

Thank you also for the recommendation for Restaurant Canis - fantastic food and hospitality and also spectacular views of the Mediterranean.

There was so much for my eldest children age 6 and 10 to do from the huge swimming pool to the games room.

Again we had the best time can't wait to come back.

Las Parras is a 5 minute drive to the beautiful beaches at Moraira and El Portet. For the more active, snorkelling is great fun and beautiful fishes can be found just beneath the water's surface. The fishing ports of Calpe and Javea are some 30 minutes away. Calpe is famous for its seafood restaurants and the Penon d'Ifach. Javea has a great night market and is popular with teenagers and adults alike for its nightlife.


Alicante is closest airport and is around 1 hour's drive (90km). Valencia is alittle further at around 1h10m drive(110km).

Benissa - 8km

Calpe - 10km

Javea - 13km

Denea - 20km

Benidorm - 25km

Further Details:

Moraira is an ideal town for a family on holiday. It is a peaceful, friendly town with a great market each Friday. Moraira's fiestas are very well organised and extremely popular with all age groups - the main fiestas are in mid July.

There are outstanding restaurants in the locality but if you prefer to cater for yourselves the supermarkets cater for all tastes. You have very good access to banks Barclays and Deutsche both have branches in the town.

Of course we hope you don't need this but the health care in the town is very good for Doctors, Dentists and Pharmacists.

Refundable Damage Deposit £250

Booking Notes:
Booking procedure is simple - initial contact is either by e:mail or telephone to confirm availability. Your reservation is secured with a 50% non-returnable deposit. The remainder of the rental fee is payable 8 weeks before departure along with a £250 (non-cashable) breakages deposit cheque. We send you the keys in advance of your visit so you need not worry about timing of flights to gain entrance to the house.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday during peak periods but is flexible at other times of year.

Air conditioning units are available for bedrooms on request. They are priced at €60 per week per unit

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.
