Apartment in Palomares, Nr Villaricos, Almeria, Spain - Peaceful Location with use of Shared Pool

The apartment is located in a convenient location to the surrounding area. It is close to amenities yet set in a peaceful area. A large stunning roof terrace ensures guests have a secluded area to relax and sunbathe with comfortable furniture whilst enjoying the view, perfect for al fresco dining (with a cold water tap ideal for cooling off on those long hot days). Sunny balcony leading from the living room with furniture, enables guests to eat/relax outdoors in a number of areas. Mosquito nets are on every window and patio door.

About Julie

This is a family owned property that is used frequently by family members and therefore it is kitted out to cater for most needs.

We have ensured there is a cot and pushchair that we are happy for our guests to use.

We visit the apartment on a regular basis so we often spring clean and paint to ensure that it is as clean and comfortable as possible for everyone who stays.

We employ a site based management company so if any problems occur whilst someone is in the apartment, there is usually someone on hand to pop in to fix/repair.

Julie purchased this apartment in 2007

Why Julie chose Mojacar area

We actually signed for this property in 2004 as we fell in love with the area but the building work for the apartment complex had not even been started.

The beaches are great, they are long and sandy , perfect for a family holiday. We love the area as it feels like Spain without being over developed and too commercial.

The locals are really friendly and we find the whole area very family friendly.

There are so many places to visit and place to eat and drink that the holiday can be as busy or as relaxing as you like.

The Water park is 5 mins drive and is a great day out.

The scenery is beautiful and most of the buildings are no taller than 2 storeys so this does not block views.

We are really pleased with the area and everyone who has stayed at the apartment has had a great holiday.

What makes this apartment unique

The roof top terrace is one of the areas of the apartment that people give us fantastic feedback about. It is a large private outdoor space that has fantastic views. We have a couple of Umberellas for shade and you get a nice warm breeze off the sea.

We have ensured that there is plenty of plastic plates and utensils so that everyone can enjoy dining upstairs on the roof terrace.

The small Spanish village of Palomares is just a few minutes walk and there are a couple of really nice bars and restaurants to visit.

The pool is open all day long for residents to enjoy in the summer.
