This high quality residence is located in a good area on the Western part of Antibes, within close distance of shops, beaches and all local facilities and amenities. Built in 2007, it includes a beautiful swimming pool and secure access by automatic gates, which gives you peace and quiet during your holiday. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor, on the corner. It opens out onto a very large and sunny terrace of 35m², which enjoys nice open views with a little sea view.

Inside, all the rooms are spacious and bright, decorated with taste in a modern style. The apartment is perfectly equipped, for your greatest comfort, with for example reversible air-conditioning system in each room, flat screen TV 42'' and wifi Internet. An excellent holiday apartment for your family, with the advantages of a pool, a beautiful view, a peaceful location and at the same time the close proximity to the town centre.

About The Owner

My name is Julian Mark and I'm leaving in Antibes. As my father is Italian and my mother English, the French Riviera was the best place to settle down, halfway between the peninsula and the Great Britain! I have always worked in tourism and I love to help people. I am at your disposal during your stay in France to welcome you and facilities your stay. There are so many things to discover and Antibes on the Cote d'Azur. I also make exchange apartment, it is what I like to learn from other countries (i.e. in Vancouver last year).

I love the region for its climate, quality of attractions and environment the hectic life that prevails in Antibes all summer, the beaches of pebbles and sand, its casinos, Marineland, the Jazz Festival, Juan-les Pins, the old town, the sailing center, the port from one of the most beautiful in Europe, Cap d'Antibes with the way the coast, Cannes and its bay, Nice and the promenade, the hinterland, its many golf courses. You always find a multitude of activities during your stay and you will come back next year! Our apartment is both: very easy access from Nice Airport by car rental/private car from the highway and in a discreet place and protected from the noise of downtown and traffic. You 'll enter an oasis of peace and tranquility, this is looking great holiday on Riviera.

Notes on accommodation: An excellent holiday apartment for your family, with the advantages of a pool, a beautiful view, a peaceful situation and at the same time the proximity to the town centre. Breakfast in Juan les Pins, lunch in Italy, dinner in Monte Carlo and still be back home before midnight! Outside: Secured access to the property by automatic gates, which grants you peace and quiet during your holiday. It includes a beautiful swimming pool. Furthermore, a very large and sunny terrace of 35sq.m, which enjoys nice open views and a little sea view. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen can be provided but at a cost mentioned already. The apartment needs to be left as clean as it is found OR subcribe to the "final cleaning" option. Spacious & quiet apartment, good location

We stayed as a family with older children, seeking a good location close to seafront and Antibes town without feeling in main tourist 'hot spots'. Apartment did not disappoint - in a quiet neighbourhood about 1.5km from the centre of Antibes, also with good access to the many villages to visit inland (Biot, Valbonne, Grasse (very hilly), St Paul de Vence in easy reach). Very welcoming host who met us there. Large balcony overlooking the pool - with views to the sea and hills behind Nice. Site next door currently being built on, but overall did not disturb us. Antibes felt 'chilled out' with its huge yachts in the harbour and nice atmosphere - unlike the clearly popular tourist destinations of Cannes & Nice (fair bit of traffic to get to these). A great stay!

Great apartment and location

We stayed here for 10 nights during July and had a lovely time. Apartment is as shown in photos and pool is always quiet. The location is quiet itself and in a private block, of which most of the neighbours are french. Communication was also first class and we would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet spot.

Stay tax £1.09 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the owner upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 12 years.

Booking Notes:
To reserve a fee of 50% is payable in advance, thereafter the remainder to be paid on arrival at the apartment. Confirmation of booking to be via email account above.
Deposits of 500 euros needed, either by card, cash or french cheque.

Changeover Day:
Changeover is generally on Saturday when you would be met by our assistant, but coudl be any other day during summer. Arrival times from 2-7pm unless otherwise arranged. Departure times from 9.30 to 10.30 am usually on saturday.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in euros. Cost of sheets if required - 15 euros per person with towels & linen (pack). private parking space : offered. Tax - 1,30 euro per adult per day (Five Star category). Final cleaning cost of 80 euros in addition. 20 euros for WIFI Internet per week (New! Internet on Optic Fiber available with more than 200 HD channels). Special price reduction for 2 weeks or more except in July & August.
