Holiday Home in Trevone, Nr. Padstow, Cornwall - very near to Sandy Beach, In Pretty Village Location

Bay House is located 2 minutes walk from the sandy swimming and surfing beach in Trevone and a 5-10 minute walk along coastal path from 'Rocky Beach' with its natural swimming pool. The house is ideal for a relaxing holiday as the village has a beach shop and cafe, pub serving food and small village shop. It is only 2 miles from the highly acclaimed restaurants in popular Padstow, with its picturesque harbour and working fishing port. There are plenty of activities nearby with stunning coastal walks on your door step or short drives to Trevose Championship golf course, cycling or horse riding on the Camel Trail and several excellent surfing beaches. The house has double and twin bedrooms, comfortably accommodating 4 adults with a sofa bed in the living room to sleep an additional two if required. Modern, well equipped kitchen, living/dining room, BT wifi, off road parking, storage and small garden. Sorry no pets and no smoking.

About Alison MacPherson

We bought Bay House in 2007 having had many fantastic holidays in the area. When my husband and I first met we had many happy times playing golf, windsurfing and surfing nearby. When our children were very young we continued to come to this area for the variety of great beaches and places to visit.

We chose Bay House as we wanted to be within a minute’s stroll of a great beach with a relaxed village atmosphere. We loved it as soon as we walked in & always spend at least three weeks a year here and make sure that it is always in first class condition.

Many of our guests come back year after year and enjoy the house as much as we do. We hope you enjoy it too.

Bay House feels like home. It's cosy, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location is perfect.

I stopped in Bay House , Trevone, for 5 nights.

It really is in an idyllic location for walks, views and sightseeing. The house is really cosy and has everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean with plenty of space . Having its own driveway is a real advantage. Within a short drive was Padstow and many other tourist attractions however the biggest plus is the stunning coastal walks and beach in Trevone. I will definitely return here to Bay House in the future.

Fantastic location!

This is a lovely house in a great location. It is clean, very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay.

The owner was very helpful and easy to contact.

The 2 beaches nearby are both fantastic and so close.

Lovely weekend

Great little house just minutes from beautiful sandy beach. Everything we needed, warm, comfortable and well equipped. Wonderful walks, amazing geology, wild spring flowers and a fun evening at The Cornish Arms. We will be back - for longer next time.

Arrived to a warm house and a Christmas cake waiting for us with a cup of tea, great personal touch. Everything you could possibly want to make the stay go perfectly. Cannot want for any changes, great cottage.

The Christmas tree ready in the lounge, home from home, great attention to detail. All white goods are of good quality which reflects all through the house.

Location superb, what more can I say, all the boxes ticked. We will be back in the summer. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Perfect autumn get away

Bay house is ideally situated for a quiet costal get away. Just a short walk from Trevone's two beaches it is great for children but also offers direct access onto the coastal paths for walking.

The house itsself is well equipped and comfortable. The separate utility room and outdoor hose pipe was great for drying wetsuits.

The local area offers lots to do for the more active and beautiful surroundings for those who don't .

We wouldn't hestiate to return again.

Bay house fantastic

I visited bay house for Easter this year with my family. The location is amazing, we walked to a beautiful beach within minutes everyday. The area is fantastic with loads nearby to do. The home itself was very clean and had everything we needed such as wifi ,TV etc. the owners were very friendly and we enjoyed every minute of it.
