Town house style villa with panoramic views and situated on family friendly development - Las Lomas de Cabopino, right next to Cabopino Golf Course. This beautiful villa overlooks the swimming pools, so you watch the little ones all day long.

The property has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe and ensuite which comprises of a shower, wc and bidet. The second bedroom has bunk beds and fitted wardrobe. The main bathroom has a large bath, wc, plus bidet.

The kitchen equipment includes oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

In the living room there are two sofas a three seater and a two seater, individual coffee table, an open fire place. The living room faces the outdoor terrace, which has tables and chairs and a gas bbq.

There is also a roof terrace . Plus plenty for the grown ups to do with easy access to Cabopino Port, Marbella Town centre and La Cala.

Notes on accommodation: The villa has central heating and air conditioning at first floor level which serves the bedrooms, the ground floor is usually drafty and cool and there is a fan. There is an open fire chimney in the living room. The villa is on three levels, kitchen, wc, living-room are on the ground level the bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor and there is a roof terrace on the second floor. Outside: There are two terraces at the front and back of the property, both with tables and chairs and there is a barbecue in the back terrace. There are two communal swimming pools one small one for children, and well mantained communal gardens. Utility Room: There is an Ironing Board, Iron and hairdryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property is offered with a set of towels per guest per week as well as all the beds linen, and a second set is provided for any additional weeks.

Perfect family friendly location, with spacious apartment. Has it all

Not our first stay here, and wont be our last. As kids said, its home away from home. Communication with Sue and Emilio is excellent. Even organised wifi router for us in advance. Only reason its not 5 stars is because full satellite channels arent available or wifi included. But can live without both. Pool area is perfect, area is safe and secure. Close to great beach, bars, resturaunts etc. 10 mins to Marbella by car or 30mins by bus. Apartment has all modern conveniences.

Will definitely be booking again!

Special interest holidays:

Marbella is a gifted resort which has everything for every one. You just have a desire, Marbella will have it for you at the highest quality.


The beach is next to Cabopino Marina.. There are three beach bars/restaurants along the Cabopino Beach. The nearest (Clubzoo) is a renown seafood restaurant which is located at the bottom of the road on the beach (200m). The port of Cabopino is about four minutes drive away, here we can find as well as beautifull yachts numerous bars and restaurants.


The nearest airport is Malaga airport and via rail is Malaga railway station, which are 45 minutes drive from the villa.


Marbella town centre is 10 mins drive from the villa, Puerto Banus is 15 mins drive, Malaga town centre is 35 mins drive.

Further Details:

Over the road from the villa (1 minute walk) is a small local supermarket and also a Pizza restaurant. There is also a shell garage at the end of the road which also stocks all your small essentials, bread, milk etc. At 10 minutes drive from the villa we can find the biggest shopping centre in Andalucia with hundreds of well known international shops as well many bars and restaurants, bowling centre, cinemas and supermarket.

Changeover Day:
Arrival time to the villa is 3.30pm but no later than 7pm on Saturdays.
Departure time is 10.30 am or before on Saturdays.

£150 deposit required per week to reserve the villa, and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before your departure date. A £300 deposit will be required which will be refunded if no damage has occurred at the end of the stay. Payment to be made via cheque or internet banking

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
