Luxury 3 bedroom fully airconditioned villa with private pool. Superb southerly orientated and all day sun, amazing indoor/outdoor space, offering spectacular sea views. Local supermarket, bars and restaurants close by. The secluded cove of Playa del Moraig is only a 2 minute drive. Moraira/Javea 10–15 mins. Private pool is cleaned twice a week. Villa is cleaned between lets. Property manager available.

About Jo Peters

The property is owned by 2 couples who bought the property with a view to holiday in ourselves - when we can and to also provide some rental income to update and upgrade the facilities in the property.

So far we have replaced beds, dining and lounge furniture, fridge, cooker dishwasher, TV, added additional aircon to all bedrooms, layed stones around the garden of the property, re-painted all the exterior and replaced a number of wooden windows with Aluminium double glazing.

We would like our guests to enjoy our property as much as we do.

The villa is great and the kids really loved it. The position of the villa for the sun and the views is also fantastic. We have been to the Cumbre del Sol 3 times now and your villa is definitely the best by far.

We felt very privileged to be on the ‘front’ row of villas and to not have any villas right in front of us. You are very lucky to have such a great holiday home and we would love to stay again as it was a lovely area.

Just to say that we had a great time in Cumbre Del Sol, the villa was very well situated with the fantastic view we were expecting. Many thanks again, we were very pleased with the villa and facilities and hope to return next year.

Notes on accommodation: The villa is in a perfect location in a quiet cul-de-sac with lovely seaviews. It has very spacious living accommodation, with 2 large living areas upstairs both opening out onto the balcony. The large enclosed Naya has wonderful views across the valley to the sea. Downstairs there is another semi-enclosed Naya by the pool, ideal for just getting away with a book. The property covers a large area with a terraced garden surrounding all sides of the villa. You can always find a spot to enjoy either sun or shade at any time of the day. Outside: The upper terrace has outdoor table and chairs for 6 persons, extensive views of the sea, large retractable sun awning. The lower terrace has a private 8m x 4m pool with terracing, sunbeds and large retractable awning. Also includes a semi enclosed Naya which looks out to both the pool and the garden. Utility Room: Ironing board, steam iron, cleaning products. Stairgate (stored in bedroom cupboard). Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included (excluding beach towels), pool and villa cleaned between lets through a local property management company. Opportunity to change linen/towels during longer stays. Other: 2nd living area, lovely large light and airy room with spectacular views, comfortably furnished with modern cane furniture. Fold back doors open fully onto terrace for indoor/outdoor living. A/C. Internet. Pool area below with sunbeds and large awning

Wonderful relaxing break in the sun

We have stayed in villas on Cumbre 5 times previously and this villa is definitely one of the best! The furniture in the living areas definitely live up to 'luxurious' and far superior to other villas we have occupied. Plenty of areas to get away from others to quietly read a book in or out of the sun.

If you have any problems the manager is easily accessible.

Our favourite places in the villa were the covered dining area by the pool for lunch and the fabulous sun room for playing cards and board games in the evening. The television had an excellent choice of English channels should you want them, we didn't turn the tv on all week though!

Thoroughly recommend and would certainly return.

Jo is so easy to book with friendly and accessible by phone and email which gives you added feeling of security.

April Holiday

I stayed with my 2 children for a week in April 2016. Lovely well-equipped clean villa in a nice location. Arthur is friendly and on hand to help with any problems. The wifi was very useful for evenings and a couple of rainy days! Pool was chilly this time of year but the kids enjoyed it. We went down to the cove, visited Moraira, the beach at El Portet and drove up to Valencia to watch their match against Sevilla. We had a great holiday and would recommend this villa.

Lovely villa

This was a lovely, well equipped villa. Would definitely recommend for a family and would return happily. Plenty of different areas if people wanted 'space'. Highly recommended.

The local beach is a few minutes drive away. Playa Moraig is a pebble beach surrounded by spectacular cliffs. It has a car park, life guards and two beach bars. Other beaches include the sandy beaches of El Portet and Moraira. (Approximately 10 mins. by car). Both have life guards and beach bars and are very safe for children. Other sandy beaches can be found at Javier and Calpe (about 30 mins by car). There are boat excursions from Javea and jet ski rentals from the beach in Moraira.


The drive from Alicante airport is about an hour and from Valencia airport about an hour and a quarter. A car is essential as there is much to see and do in this area.


Nearest beach 2 miles, nearest supermarket 2 miles, nearest pub/bar/restaurant ½ mile. Cheap car hire from Aurigacrown, Car Hire, CarJet, RentSpain, Iberocar Solmar, Recordrentacar.

Further Details:

Other amenities in the urbanisation include a bank, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and bars. There is also a horse riding centre on Cumbre del Sol. The tourist office offers free guided walks of the area in English and Spanish during the summer.

The newly completed Lirios commercial centre has a bakery, restaurants and a bar hosting live music and is ten minute walk from the villa.

Nearby is the beautiful resort of Moraira which has a marina, smart shops and a sandy beach. It was originally a small fishing village within the municipality of Teulada, has pleasantly grown into a holiday resort within the last 25 years. The centre, with its small and colourful Main Street, still retains much of the original character and atmosphere. In the opposite direction is Javea with its quaint old town, port area and long stretch of beach.

The area enjoys a fine reputation for its international cuisine. A good indicator of the quality of the local restaurants is the recommendation certain local establishments have earned in the prestigious Michelin guide - there are 8 Michelin recommended restaurants in the immediate area with three of them being star rated and not expensive either.

There are a number of activities for children in the Benidorm area which include Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica 'historical' theme park. El Vergel safari park is 20 minutes north (near Denia) and also in the area are a number of go-carting tracks.

Changeover Day:

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. All charges are fully inclusive. There are no hidden extras for items which are often charged separately such as cleaning, utility usage and laundry. Reductions available for long lets.
