A luxury spa and gym is also available at the Marina Club - payable locally. The charming Lagos town centre with many restaurants and bars is a 5 min walk across the footbridge. The large sandy Meia Praia beach is 10 min walk. Several golf courses nearby with the nearest, Palmares a 5 minute drive. The building has a secure video entry system and 24 hour security.

Your apartment is stunning and the location is so picturesque. Inside you have everything you could possibly need and more. Beaches were also lovely.

Couldn't fault the immaculate and quiet location of the appartment. Yet only 3 minute walk to the marina where many restaurants and bars are situated!

Brilliant !

We have been going to this lovely apartment for a few years now and have just booked again for 2017 so this says it all really.

It is a very clean well maintained and compact apartment offering everything you could need. Plenty of towels provided but the washing machine gives you the opportunity to freshen them up in between change over day if you want to. Matching crockery and an assortment of cooking utensils are at hand.

There is a large fridge for you to keep all your food in which can be purchased from a very conveniently placed supermarket just round the corner. If you don't want to eat in there are some lovely restaurant / bars on the nearby Marina or take a stroll over the bridge and into town where you have even more choice. Too many to list here, just go out and try some of them as everybody's tastes are different

You feel very secure in this apartment block - just don't forget to take the keys!!

The owner is always just a text/call away if you have any problem and is very approachable.

The choice of tv channels is limited but all the apartments are in the same position and there's nothing the owners can do about this. We just take an iPod and speakers and listen to music but there is a selection of DVDs for you to watch.

There is a pool a couple of minutes away with plenty of loungers where you can relax. If you like the beach there is a beautiful one about 15 minutes stroll away, just keep walking past the train station behind the marina.

If you book it you won't be disappointed 😊

We spent a week in Lagos, the apartment is spacious and well equipped and very well located being near to the marina with restaurants and bars. The town is a pleasant walk away with lots of restaurants and a friendly holiday vibe. There is a supermarket within a few minutes walk. The beach is beautiful and is only 5 mins drive. We had a lovely holiday.

Superb Apartment - Definately Reccomend

Would highly recommend this apartment as it was everything and more than was advertised. The property was spotless and extremely modern, it has everything you could possibly need like a home from home. It is very well situated as it is within walking distance from the supermarket and the marina where you can find lovely bars and restaurants, it is also a 10 minute walk from the town. There is also pool passes which come with your stay in the apartment for the marina hotel pool which is shared, this was an added bonus! The owner was an absolute pleasure she couldn't have been any more helpful which was an added highlight to our stay. Will definitely be back at this apartment soon!!!

Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

The beaches around Lagos are amongst the most beautiful on the Algarve with the closest - the large sandy Meia Praia being a 10 minute walk away. Another Dona Ana with it's sheltered coves is a mere 7 minutes drive.

Travel:

Faro is 60 mins drive. Private or shared transfers are available from Faro - please ask for details if required. Car hire is not necessary due to the close proximity of town and beaches.

Distances:

Within walking distance of the bus and train station. Large Supermarket Pingo Doce 2 mins walk. Shops, bars and restaurants of the marina 2 mins stroll. A 10 min walk to Lagos town centre with it's narrow cobbled streets. Lagos mixes traditional with modern with various cafes, bars restaurants and shops.

Further Details:

Several activities can be arranged from Lagos Marina including boat trips, Dolphin safaris, deep sea fishing, water parks, wind surfing, diving, motorboats.

30% deposit required with balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. £150 breakage deposit is required with the balance and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property. This deposit will not be used against minor breakages of broken glassware or crockery.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible. Apartment will be available from 14.00 on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 on day of departure however we will try to accommodate any reasonable variations on these timings when possible.

It is a wonderful spot for sunbathing, dining or simply relaxing whilst watching and feeding the fish in the lake. A 30m pool with sun terraces and complimentary sun loungers is available for our guests at the 4 star Marina Club. Utility Room: External patio area separate from main sunbathing/dining area with clothes horse and pegs. Iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen provided. Property is cleaned and linen / towel change every 7 days for 2 week rentals. Please note beach towels are not provided.
