'Casa-Spencer' is situated within a gated complex overlooking a large beautiful swimming pool. It consists of lounge with English TV, CD/video/iPod Dock; fully fitted and equipped kitchen; downstairs loo and a laundry area. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - a double with air-con, a twin with air-con and a room with bunk beds. Newly renovated Bathroom with large shower. Most rooms have ceiling fans in addition to aircon. There are terraces front and back- the front (poolside) terrace has sun blind and furniture. Free Internet access is available. The pool has a children's area and is supervised in main season making it particularly suitable for children. The house is 5 minutes flat & easy walk from the town, which has a very friendly & relaxed atmosphere. The seafront has a beautiful, re-developed, marina/port, palm-lined promenade, superb range of cafes/restaurants/shops and a number of excellent beaches. Numerous activities are available including boat trips, go-carts and scuba diving. Other places of interest are a short drive away.

The complex is frequented by a mixture of Spanish and English families and has a very friendly atmosphere. The large pool and gated entrances to the complex make this accommodation particularly suitable for children. Outside: Table and at least 6 chairs and cushions on poolside terrace/patio. Car can be brought on-site. Large terrace at rear with bench seat. Utility Room: Washing machine and sink. Clothes drying rack. Ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedding is provided. Towels for use in the house are provided. Towels for beach, etc are not provided. Cleaning and laundry at end of stay is included. Optional mid-stay cleaning and laundry change service available at additional cost.

Very nice everything you need for your holiday.

Very enjoyable. Not to far from the shops and beach. Really big Pool

Would stay here again as there was everything you need for your holiday.

Went to a restaurant called Viggos on the harbour quite often as good food, good service, good price and both English and Spanish waiter's/waitress's.

Mazarron is a beautiful resort and there are lots of other nice places to visit which are not too far eg LA Manga, Cartagena.

All with beautiful coastlines etc.

I have rated my stay as 4 stars. The reason not 5 is because the house keeper didn't reply to my calls or message regarding returning the keys and I haven't received any notification about my deposit being returned.

This would however not stop me booking again. /Overall our stay was

very good we enjoyed everything

Great location, comfortable villa

We spent a lovely week here. It is the perfect getaway from the UK weather! The complex is quiet and very pleasant with a super pool. Some owners spend months living here and I can see why! The lovely beach is a short walk away and the town itself is unspoilt and not at all built up like some of the bigger resorts. There is everything you need on your doorstep, but if you have a car the surrounding area is certainly worth exploring. There are some interesting historical sights (e.g. The Guns of Mazzaron) and walks up into the hills if you enjoy that sort of thing.

The villa itself is well equipped and comfortable (especially the sofas!) There is a spacious out door seating area overlooking the pool. Within a short walk away there is a choice of restaurants, but if you want to eat in then the supermarket has everything you need and the kitchen has everything you need to deliver a home cooked meal.

I can thoroughly recommend this villa and shall certainly be returning before too long.

Location, location, location

They say the three Ls are critical in choosing a house to buy - so when it comes to a three month winter let Casa Spencer at Puerto de Mazarron ticks all the boxes. (Dec 2015 - March 2016)

Mazarron is really nice harbour town - fishing and sporting. It has spent money on an excellent prom, the restaurants and bars are great and bar one minor aberration they have limited development to five storeys max. It sits in the middle of a 35 kilometre stretch of coast, mostly beaches, mostly accessible and mostly sandy. Along the coast are some equally charming little towns. So tick one for place.

Casa Spencer is about 150 metres from the port and the main prom and about the same again from the equally fascinating though less developed Bahia area. Its in a charming two-storey gated community of about 100 town houses with a delightful communal pool area - large and a horizon pool to boot. You could leave the car every day and walk to everything, including a couple of supermarkets! So tick two for location.

And the house is very well placed on the residence, facing west one way and east the other so it gets sunshine virtually all day even in winter. It is a joy for sunsets. And it is in a small group of properties away from the main developments so can be quiet and tranquil out of season. So tick the third box.

The house is excellent, well equipped and clean and well cared for. Even the settees are comfortable which is not always the case.

The web site represents exactly what you get so its a 10/10 all round then.

Lugar para repetir

La vivienda está equipada con todo lo necesario para tu estancia y más. Lugar idílico para ir con niños (piscina enorme) y con mascotas (gran patio). No falta ningún detalle. Entorno muy tranquilo y recomendable, estando a su vez al lado de comercios y de la playa... ¿Quién necesita el coche? Volveremos seguro.

We require a Breakage deposit of £100 to be paid with the balance to cover any damage - this is refundable within 7 days of the return of the keys, minus the cost of any breakages, should there be any.

During Peak Season we prefer Rental periods to be from Saturday to Saturday and full weeks only - if you need something different to this please ask.Outside of Peak season start finish days and duration's are flexible.
The rental charged covers the reasonable usage of electricity, water and gas, for the duration of your stay together with cleaning of house & laundering of bed linen/towels at the end of your stay. For bookings of 2 weeks or more a 'mid-stay' clean & laundry change can be arranged at additional cost.
The House will be ready after 3 pm on the day of your arrival. On the day of your departure please vacate the property by 10:00am to enable preparation for the next guests.
Payments via Owners Direct or Paypal will incur an additional 4% fee to cover the cost of using these facilities - payment via bank transfer are free.
