The property has a large open plan lounge / kitchen/ dinner with large windows providing super views over the golf course out to sea. Open plan living room with sitting area, comfortably furnished with two leather sofas, CDs, books & games, TV with Freeview & built in DVD/CD player, and digital radio.

The dining area has a table with 4 chairs.

The kitchen is very well equipped.

Bedroom 1 - Zip and link kingsize bed which can be one double or two singles, ensuit bathroom.

The put you up bed for the 5th person when needed, can be put in either bedroom as required.

The historic harbour of Charlestown with its square riggers is a short walk along the Coastal path whilst the scenic fishing harbour of Mevagissey and the historic town of Fowey are both within 15 minutes drive. The property is located within 5 miles of the Eden Project and The Lost gardens of Heligan.

Porthpean beach with cafe in Summer and Sailing Club is within 5 minutes walk. The Southwest Coastal Footpath can be accessed within 50 yards of the property and walks along this footpath offer breathtaking views across the Bay.

Travel:

Newquay is the nearest airport while the citys of Plymouth or Exeter are within 1-2 hour drive. St Austell railway station is a major stop on the main London to Penzance line. Use of car recommended.

Booking Notes:
Payment of a deposit in respect of the above accommodation forms the basis of the contract for a short term holiday rental between the holiday maker stated on the booking form and the proprietors. Payment for bookings made within 4 weeks of the holiday date, full payment is required at the time of booking. For bookings made more than 4 weeks prior to the holiday date a non refundable deposit equal to £100.00 for each week or part week is required. The remaining balance should be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. Cancellation If you wish to cancel your booking this should be done in writing either by email. In the event of cancellation more than six months prior to the holiday start date we would refund your deposit less £5.00 administration fee. For cancellations between six months and one month prior to the holiday start date there will be no refund of the deposit paid, but you will not be required to pay any balance due. Should you need to cancel within one month of the holiday start date we will refund in accordance with the following: Between two weeks and one month - 50% of the full amount due Between one week and two weeks - 25% of the full amount due Less than one week - no refund
Changeover Day:
Changeovers - generally from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10.30am but flexible out of main holiday season.

Notes on accommodation: A 5th person can be accomodated on a put you up bed which is used in one of the bedrooms when needed otherwise stored away, it is a little tight but is possible. The property has full central heating when needed. Outside: Outside on the patio area which has views over the golf course and out to sea, the property has a table and 4 chairs from which to sit and enjoy the view over St Austell Bay and Porthpean Golf Course or watch the golfers on the course.

The golf cottages were very impressive. The view was amazing over the 17th fairway out to the ocean. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend this place.
