Apartment in Centre of Fuengirola, Costa del Sol - Quiet Location, 5 Mins Walk to the Beach and the Fuengirola Port

The apartment is situated in a residential area approx. 300m from the beach and marina. This comfortable modern apartment has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Recently refurbished to a high standard. Fully fitted kitchen including electric oven and hob (4-ring) microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Cable TV showing all the English channels and sports programmes free internet and wifi connection. DVD player. It is only 5 minutes walk to the bus and railway stations, for trains to Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Malaga Airport and city centre.

About Adrian DeMarco

We have lived in Fuengirola for nearly 25 years. We have a bar/restaurant in Fish Alley, Adrian is from Glasgow and Vicky is from Luton. The bar is open 7 days a week from 10am till late. We have a lot of regular clients who rent from us each year. Many like the security of knowing that we or our staff are always on hand should any problems arise. Questions in emails are always answered honestly, if we give distances or timings, it´s because I have checked them out (by foot). Our bar serves good home cooked food and we often provide takeaways so that clients can stay in and watch the soaps! We both play golf when work permits. We also try to spend time with our daughters and 3 grandchildren who live close by. We also have a son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter still in the U.K.

Why Adrian DeMarco chose West Costa del Sol

We have had several apartments in the Fuengirola area. This apartment was purchased as a rental apartment. We liked the quiet residential block that it is situated in and the fact that not too many apartment blocks in Fuengirola have swimming pools. It was also idea for public transport links and the local Tuesday market. The apartment is about 5 minutes walk to the beach (depending on the traffic lights). Fuengirola has two lovely beaches, and in recent years the promenade was re-designed making it an ideal walking area with seats every few yards. We have been coming to Fuengirola since 1983, and although there have been lots of changes, we still love it. ´Not only is it a holiday resort, it´s a working town, with pedestrian streets criss crossing the town, needing to be explored.

This apartment was ideal for our 2 month winter stay. It was warm and comfortable and having English TV. i.e. soaps for my wife, and sport for me made it a winter escape perfect.

Having the outdoor pool for the kids in the closed communal gardens made it safe, there fore I had a wonderful relaxing holiday.

The apartment was just sufficient distance from the beach to give us the peace and quiet at night, but so handy for all the local shops and transport. The Tuesday market was very handy.

Back for 3rd time with my family.Apartment still as nice,clean and warm at night.The council have moved the rubbish bins so it is even more quite at night.Fuengirola is such a lovely place to come too for your holidays,with the selection of restaurantes and bars just a short walk away from the apartment.The owner of the apartment met us when we arrived and explained everything about the flat to us i.e.free wifi t.v.keys for security door e.c.t.The apartment has a small terrace which gets the sun in the morn it is nice to have your morn cuppa there.everything is in the flat you need for your holidays,and if it is not the owner will get it for you.

back with my family for new year, apartment kept to a good standard,nice bedding and towels. too cold to use the pool but able to

sunbathe in the garden t.v. with english channels kept the children

close to the front of fuengirola,5 mins walk from bus terminal if you fancy a trip anywhere up and down the coast.from Malaga airport jump on the train costs a couple of euro to fuengy and your a short walk from the apartment.apartment ideal for us,clean and tidy and had all we needed,owner told us to call him anytime with any issues which was reassuring but there was no need!all good!.

Perfectly fine

I needed somewhere to stay for me and my family while visiting my mother who has fallen unfortunately fallen ill. I usually stay in a flat closer to the sea but this was unfortunately unavailable. Instead the owner said he had another slightly further out and so i went for this.

I have to say the flat was perfectly fine. It was clean and tidy. The appliances are reasonably new. It has access to a huge pool (which we didn't use due to the weather in October not being that great and because we were out visiting mum). It has a shower and a bath, the bath is an extra bonus as we are bath people. It also has really good access via the lift which is paramount to us as my mum is now in a wheelchair.

It is not the most luxurious place is have ever stayed but then it is also not the most expensive. All in all perfectly fine.

Fuengirola is renowned for its 5 miles of beaches. Sunbeds and parasols are available. There are plenty of showers situated on the beach. Pedaloes and water skiing are available. The port offers boat trips, be it a ferry to Benalmadena, glass bottom boats, Dolphin watch or a sunset cruise, fishing trips are also available.


Malaga International Airport is 20km. The railway and bus stations are very close by. Public transport is not only very cheap, it is also very reliable. Car hire is not necessary.


There are many 'white' Spanish villages close by. Mijas being the closest. There is a local bus service which is half hourly. Day trips to Gibraltar, Granada, Ronda, The Lakes etc. are easily booked at local travel agents.

Further Details:

Fuengirola is a very cosmopolitan town. There is every type of shopping from sophisticated shops to markets. Large department stores and shopping malls. Thousands of bars and restaurants offering every type of cuisine imaginable. Most welcome families.

Many supermarkets, most stocking British goods all within walking distance. Multiscreen cinemas.

A great day out to Aqua Park or visit Fuengirola unique zoo.

25% non-refundable deposit required to secure any booking, the balance with a £200 breakages deposit to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. (A reminder will be sent 9 weeks before arrival). Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time is 2pm. Departure time is 11 am unless agreed for a later time which would be dependant on bookings.

Discounts available for 4 weeks or more during November - March (excluding Christmas & New Year), 700.00 per month all inclusive.
