Tranquil Pool Villa is situated off a very quiet palm lined street in the area known as The Verdemars'. Tranquil Pool Villa is in Verdemar 2, and is one of the most popular areas in Villamartin, this is due to the quiet surroundings and private security patrol during both night and day. A relaxing peaceful atmosphere surrounds the Villa. The area around offers a large range of amenities to suit all tastes. There are many beautiful beaches found within easy reach most of which hold the blue flag award for cleanliness
Its your holiday it can be as. busy or relaxed as you choose to make it. For a true taste of Spain why not visit the local markets one available every day of the week, Or if you prefer, the ease & convenience of the modern shopping centres, the very new La Zenia Boulevade open until 10pm you will not be disappointed, its situated about 5 minutes drive from the villa, with ample free parking, Over 150 shops An extensive range of bars and restaurants also surround the centre. Or If you prefer the quaint little Spanish bars/coffee shops to a variety of international cuisine, even down to the good old British fish & chips, there are many little villages to choose from.

About the Owner
The Villa is owned jointly by us as a family holiday home. Currently living in South Wales, we have been holidaying here for over ten years. We always feel refreshed after our stay. The weather 95% of the time is glorious with deep blue skies and temperatures which can reach 30 degrees and above in high season.
We love to start the day with an early morning swim, followed with breakfast on the front terrace, and then plan either a day on the beach or a road trip.Visiting the old seaside town of Catregena with its beautiful buildings is a favourite of ours, along with La Manga and Alicante.
At night we browse on the seafront of Torreveija with many market stalls, bars restaurants and a funfair for the kids.

It was one of the first properties we looked at and in our opinion, nothing compared to this beautiful little tranquil villa right next to a gorgeous well kept pool. It had to be Verdemar two for us. As a family have enjoyed many a happy holiday here for many years, and have been letting the property for the same period of time. It really does feel like you are getting away from it all, in fact i feels like a complete contrast to the busy lifestyle here in the UK.”
Activity and Interests
Many beautiful beaches can be found nearby. La Zenia is only 2km away and over 16 local beaches along the coast have been awarded the blue flag for cleanliness, you will be spoilt for choice.
You will find most beaches have soft white sand, with pedalo and jetski for hire. Most also have a children's play area is closeby.
Found 50 mins south of Alicante Airport, and 20 mins north of San Javier Murcia Airport. We can inform you of local providers for car hire, taxi, airport transfer if required on the basis of those we have used ourselves and on the suggestion of previous guest. However, we cannot be held responsible for any booking/arrangements between independent service providers and yourselves. We will provide you easy to follow illustrated directions in order to help you find the villa from airport with ease.
About 10 minutes drive will bring you to the newly completed La Zenia shopping complex housing a vast array of shops bars and cafes with an underground airconditioned carpark for 5000 cars. Amenities such as bars, (The Rendevous, walking distance up the road does a lovely breakfast) restaurants (The Banana Boat Thai restaurant is a must visit. Book and ask to be seated inside I'm sure you'll be impressed), shops, supermarkets and banks for your convenience can be found within easy walking distance of the villa. Locally there is a car boot sale held on each Saturday. There you will find local traders selling everything from homemade cakes and pastries to interesting gifts for you to take home for friends and family. A market trades every day of the week with a fantastic range of goods and local produce, well worth a visit during your stay. Childrens go-karting is only a short drive away if ou get board with the beautiful beaches. Or, for something different, half an hours drive north, takes you to "La Marina", a personal recommendation, it is a wonderful safe complex providing spas, jacuzzis and waterfalls all set in a lagoon style. Grab a cool refreshing drink from the poolside bar. Or from the restaurant, a snack or full a la carte menu. Anyhing from salad, pizza, burgers and adults and children's cocktails. Alicante, which is a very prosperous bustling city with a depth of history can be found just over an hours drive away. Numerous restaurants and a fantastic marina can be found there, as well as soft sand and blue blue water on one of my personal favourite beaches. A Colour Brochureis left at the villa for guests convenience shows places of interest along with a map and and further information on the surrounding area.

In order to book please call on any of the numbers provided. Or email your enquiry. We will do our best to get back to you asap & make your booking as smooth as possible. A deposit of £100 is required with your booking, the full balance due 6 weeks prior to your arrival at the villa. Receipts and invoices will be provided on receipt of CLEARED funds. In addition, £100 security bond is required, refunded upon damage free inspection after your departure assuming the property is left in good order.
The Villa needs to be vacated by 10am on your day of departure unless late check out has been previously arranged. (There is a small fee for late check out)
Security deposit of £100 GBP required at time of booking in order to secure dates. Balance of booking due 6 weeks before holiday arrival date. If booking is is less than 6 weeks of arrival date security deposit and balance will be due immediately upon booking acceptance. Deposit is returned in full, after departure once an acceptable inspection of the property has been made.

“Costa Blanca is the 2nd healthiest place in the world to live, the air here is so clear. Many of whom we have met during our stays here benefit from far better health. The streets of the Verdemars' arey tranquil, its a very location, Palm lined streets which gently rustle in the warm breeeze, the rear of the property has an spectacular stream which is engulfed with tropical plants and shrubs, and at night is lit with coloured lights. The skies of vibrant blue make it such an appealing place to holiday. A very relaxed and friendly atmosphere surrounds us, we really do feel completely refreshed and recharged after our stay. All of us need to pamper ourselves from time to time. So, if you feel like getting away from it all then this is this place in which to take your holiday. We have a wonderful couple who look after our property whilst we are not there. They are very welcoming and helpful. Their number is in our guest book in case you should need to make contact during your stay, they go above far beyond their call of duty to ensure everything is as you require. We also have a rare security service which patrol the area at night it is very comforting to know you are really being looked after.”

- Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 4 (2 Bedrooms) 5, ( if(1 is happy 2 sofa surf there is a fairly large 3 seater sofa) Notes on bedrooms: Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobe space. 1 double room and 1 twin room. Space available to accomodate a cot if required.
- Notes on accommodation: For really hot summers the villa is equipped with ceiling fans, floorstanding and box electric fans. The villa is child friendly a cot can be provided on request. The property is managed and cleaned thoroughly before and after every guest. Clean linen, and towels, including beach towels are provided as well as washing machine and ironing facilities. A hairdryer can be found in each bedroom. A phone number is supplied should any problems arise. Outside: Tranquil Pool villa has a small tiled front veranda with patio furniture, as well as a small lawn area. The rear terrace is a suntrap and also furnished with patio furniture and parasol. There is also a garden shower which may be used in either the front or the rear garden areas. The villa also has a roof solarium which is the very best place to get that all important tan, loungers provided. A beautiful 2 tier communal swimming pool located right next door to the villa and is divided by a rock waterfall separating the swimmers from non swimmers and children's pool area. Sun loungers around the pool area are provided at no extra charge. We consider it to be one of the best pools in the area. Utility Room: washing machine Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Independent daily housekeeping can be arranged at an additional fee. Other: We also have security patrolling the area at night as part of the community service.
