First floor apartment with private sun terrace, situated on a small exclusive complex within the still typically Spanish town of Los Alcazares. Furnished to a high standard, the apartment sleeps up to 4 persons. Relax on the private roof terrace or enjoy a meal on the pretty flower surrounded balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The complex offers the facility of 2 communal pools for the sole use of residents and guests, 1 suitable for babies. Alternatively the apartment is ideally situated to explore the surrounding areas of Los Alcazares, the Mar Menor and the renowned La Manga Club. Shops, beach bars, cafes, restaurants provide drinks, tapas, meals and entertainment, all within walking distance, as well as the wonderful local weekly markets. Cars and bicycles can be hired locally, together with boundless opportunities for sports and other activities.

What makes this apartment unique

The big roof terrace allows sunbathing from sun up to sun set! Perfect up there for evenings too! The apartment is minutes from the busy plaza where you will find shops, cafes, a wide variety of restaurants. The biggest supermarket in the area, with three other supermarkets within walking distance too. The beach just a little further down the road. Excellent location and walking distant pec to everything!

Had a lovely two week stay here apt had everything we needed -first week we had family with us including 17 month old equipment was readily provided for him,and the secluded secure roof terrace was a real bonus,lovely pool description of property accurate -first time staying in real Spain in a working vibrant town on a lovely beach.

Holiday Bliss.

Great location, very comfortable, clean and well appointed apartment.

The private roof terrace was great for sun bathing and the swimming pool ideal for cooling off.

The beach is only a ten minute walk away and "The Square" is great for shopping, eating out and handy for the "Mercado" super market for stocking up on food and drink, where there is a vast range of fresh fruit, vegetables and fish, not to mention a huge selection of bread, pastries and the usual supermarket fare.

For eating out there is a broad range to suit all tastes and budgets. Our particular favourite was an Asian restaurant "Run."

The beach is safe and clean and certainly child friendly with no strong currents and gently shelving sea bed.

All in all, a great location and highly recommended.

50% deposit is required when booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable deposit of £200 is required as bond for breakages/damages or loss of keys, payable with balance. This is fully refundable. The apartment has an electricity card meter installed. This is set at the local rate. Cards for 10, 20 and 40 euros are available from the key holder.

Changeover day. Negotiable with the owner. Often mid-week flights are cheaper, so we can be flexible with changeover days, depending on the next booking.

The complex is extremely private and offers a secure communal garden and pool area. The 2 communal pools are located for the private use of residents and guests only. Pool side showers available. Utility Room: Utility facilities included in the kitchen. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen, towels and beach towels are plentiful and provided for your convenience. The rental cost includes full usage of all linen for two persons with and additional laundry charge of £20 per period of stay for each additional person.
