Luxury finished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment within the Andalucian designed Duquesa Village complex. Set amongst landscaped gardens, swimming pools, waterfalls and attractive walkways, our ground floor apartment is furnished to a high standard. The terrace overlooks La Duquesa Golf Course with views down to the Mediterranean. The apartment has hot and cold air-conditioning, marble floors throughout, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom including Jacuzzi bath in en-suite. The property benefits from an allocated car parking space within the garage (lift access). Although Duquesa Village is in a peaceful location, the bustling marina of Puerto de la Duquesa is a short drive or approximately 15 minute walk away, with a large selection of international restaurants, bars and shops. Within easy reach are the famous white villages of Mijas and Ronda, and the many blue flag beaches and golf courses of this area of the Costa Del Sol.

We had a great time. Your apartment and complex are fabulous. We particularly enjoyed the 2 main pools which were really safe for the kids. Love the sunny balcony overlooking the golf course. We will definitely be back.

Duquesa beach is a 15 minute walk (downhill) or a 5 minute drive.


Malaga airport is 45 mins by car, Gibralter 25 mins, Jerez 1.5hrs and Granada 1.5hrs. These are served by a selection of budget flights including Easyjet, Ryanair, BMiBaby, Thompsonfly and Monarch. Car hire is recommended to make the most of the beautiful Andalucian region.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is ideal for couples, families and golfing holidays. Sorry no pets. Smoking on balcony only, no indoor smoking. Apartment is located on the ground floor, is great for families and children. Two of the four pools are located close to front of apartment - with mountain views! Outside: There are four swimming pools all within easy reach on foot. There is a swimming pool and infant pool directly opposite the apartment which is great for the children. The main pools are a 2 minute (literally) walk. Paddle tennis. Set amongst beautiful landscaped gardens. Utility Room: Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided once a week. Extra change of linen can be provided at a small additional cost. Hairdryer is provided. Other: The sunny balcony, which can be accessed from the lounge and bedroom 1, has table and chairs (4) with stunning views over Duquesa golf course and views down to the ocea
