We discovered and bought the property in 1992 and renovated it and started receiving guests in 1994.

We loved France and everything about France but it also reminded us of England in the past. We found the perfect location and hope you love it as much as we do.
Quiet but not isolated, the perfect spot for exploring any part of Brittany as it is situated right in the centre. There is something here to suit everyone.

"The house, garden and view are fabulous. Plenty of room to run around and we loved thrashing each other at table tennis! The children loved the beaches at Lac Guerledan while the adults enjoyed all the artefacts at Pont Aven. A big thank you and will recommend it to other wheel chair users".

We arrived 1st August 2015 for 2 weeks. It is an attractive, spacious, property, well equipped and comfortable. The property was clean and well maintained. We had excellent services from Sue and Joel [the owners who lived in an adjacent property]. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very helpful indeed. We had 2 children approaching their teens and the large garden was a delight for them - swings, trampoline and a gym/play centre with table tennis and snooker. We would certainly recommend the property to a friend or relative. A very peaceful location out in the countryside but there is small town close by [Pontivy] which is attractive and proved very popular with everyone [eating, shopping, etc]. We found a lovely seaside beach to the south of us with beach activities which we really enjoyed [45-60 mins drive]. There is a very large lake close by with many sporting activities which was unfortunately drained during our stay. I understand that it will be filled again in Autumn 2015 ready for 2016. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Les Marrons
