‘Villa Bettina’ is situated in an area of private residential villas just on the border of Calpe, a lovely select Spanish town, just a few mins drive away. Calpe has many fine shops and restaurants and 2 large sandy beaches. The villa itself is set in mature gardens and is on 2 levels. The coastline around this area is a designated beauty spot. The local sandy beach is just 5 mins walk away and has a child's play area and a lifeguard during the season making it safe for children. There is also a beach bar plus other restaurants nearby. This beach is extremely pretty with an easy Eco Cliffside walk that goes past a small harbour and eventually ends at the first of Calpe's two beaches The sea is excellent for swimming and snorkelling. The bay also boasts a well stocked supermarket. Just 10 mins walk away is a private harbour and most watersports facilities including scuba diving, sailing, waterskiing are available. There is a water front cafe and restaurant. There are several golf courses within a short drive away. There is a local bus service on the coast road that services both Calpe and Moraira.

We chose this villa because of the close proximity of the beach and the lovely sea views from our balcony. It is a peaceful area in an ideal location.

What makes this villa unique

The villa is situated in a delightfully peaceful bay, with the benefit of the town of Calpe a very short drive away. The availability of the supermarket, the beach and some restaurants being within a few minutes walk away adds to the location of the villa.

Outside: The villa stands on a 1000 sq.m. plot. The pool has underwater lighting and the size is 8m x 4m. The terraces around the villa are laid with marble and York stone. By the side of the pool is an ornamental stone table and seats for a dining. There is parking space within the grounds for 2 cars. sun loungers are supplied. The gardens are planted with mainly fruit trees and palm trees. Bed linen and kitchen towels are supplied and the villa is cleaned at the beginning and end of each letting. We have an English neighbour who will be on call for help and any emergency to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The gardens are very private.
