The apartment is on the top, 3rd floor of a small complex of apartments located on the beach, with secure entrance lobby and lift.

There is also a private, roof sun-terrace with loungers. 2 communal pools, one being a kiddies pool are available on the complex. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and towels (not beach) are provided. A chargeable weekly towel and bed linen change can be requested for stays of 2 weeks or longer.
