This spacious villa is spread across two floors. The ground floor level offers a larger lounge and dining room which are comfortably furnished and offers entertainment via the Satellite TV, DVD Player and CD System. There are patio door off out to the rear terrace and pool area. Leading off the Lounge is the modern fitted kitchen with all the expected equipment including dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob and a coffee machine. There is a separate utility room containing the washing machine and laundry faculties. Also on this level is the large master double bedroom with patio doors onto the terrace and en-suite Jacuzzi bathroom. There are a further two twin bedrooms and separate full shower room with basin and WC. On the lower ground floor there is a Games rooms with a pool table for entertainment. There is also a further two twin bedrooms one of which has access to a shower room.

Outdoors Outside the villa there is a large raised and covered terrace for relaxing in the shade. There is an 8m x 4m private swimming pool which can be heated during winter months (small extra charge may apply). The pool also benefits from Roman steps for easier access. This villa has a large amount of space around it for sunbathing and 'alfresco ' dining.

The bustling resort of Puerto del Carmen, once a small fishing village, now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town and is the island’s most popular resort. Renting a Puerto del Carmen villa is a great way to enjoy a holiday in this beautiful part of Lanzarote.

The resort has a beautiful wide sandy beach stretching for 5km, which is ideal for families. The old town and the harbour with its seafood restaurants are well worth a visit.

Los Mojones is a residential area at the back of Puerto del Carmen. It is in easy walking distance to the beach and the centre of Puerto del Carmen.
