Apartment in Almuñecar, Costa Tropical, Spain - Exceptionallly Beautiful Views Overlooking Almuñecar & Beache

Property is on two levels, 130 square metres, 2 balconies with exceptionally beautiful views. San Cristobal Beach is 200m away. Ground level access. Close to supermarket, restaurants, splash park. Motril golf course is 20 mins away and Baviera Golf, Caleta de Velez is 25 minutes away. 1 hour 5 mins to Malaga Airport. Prices quoted are for 1-2 persons. there is an additional increment of 70 euros for 3-6 persons. The apartment is fully self contained with full cooking/catering facilities, free WiFi, automatic washing machine, iron/ironing board etc. There is also a fold-up baby cot with mattress and high baby-chair.

Why A. Keane chose Almuñécar

The first time I walked into this property for a viewing when looking for property to purchase, my breath was just taken away by the sheer beauty of the view through the large picture/sliding window leading onto the balcony. I was captivated then, and captivated ever since.

I use it not only in summer but also in the winter I use it as a base to ski in the Sierra Nevada , which is only one and a half hours drive away.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is on the edge of the town of Almuñécar which a grew up on coastal fishing and the fishermen can still charmingly be seen from the balcony going out in their small boats some evenings and netting the fish in the bay. In the morning, there are wonderful views of the sunrise and at night when the moon rises over the rocky promontory of Peñones de San Cristobal at the other end of San Cristobal beach and shines a path towards you across the water of the bay, the effect is so wonderfully enchanting and magical.

The apartment is close to the beach, the pasillo, the diving school and other waterfront facilities can be used as a base for skiing in the nearby Sierra Nevada mountain ski resort.

It is approximately 10m long. Utility Room: New washing machine, sink, gas water heater, spare gas cylinders. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Sheets and towels provided. A limited number of beach towels provided. Other: There is a butane heater located in the lower hall.

Supermarket, bakery and nearest restaurants all within 2-4minutes walk away. The beachfront passillo is an excellent amenity for walking or jogging. Almunecar oldtown/business district to the east (20 mins. walk on passillo) Cotobro village and beaches to West (15 mins walk on passilo). There are public fitness facilities and some childrens play areas off the passillo on the San Cristobal beach. A secluded section of Cotobro beach is naturist.

Changeover Day:
Changeover, arrival and departure times can be tailored to suit the schedule of the customer. This may be conditional on arrival of another customer on the departure date of the fisrst customer but this does not happen very often.

Prices are for the property per week in Euros for 2 persons. For more than 2 persons there is an additional cleaning premium of €80 per rental payable to agent.
