Beautifully furnished south facing, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully air conditioned duplex. Private underground parking space. The communal pool has the backdrop of a cascading waterfall which lights up in the evening. There are two terraces one on the ground floor and one on the first floor leading from the master bedroom. The complex is secure the gated entrance is only accessible by the residents. 2 minutes from shops, restaurants, supermarkets and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Set in a tranquil setting with the bonus of being in the town centre.

Large 2 bedroom duplex, 2 sunny balconies and central location

Had an enjoyable time when we stayed here in April 2018. The property contains everything needed for a comfortable stay, only thing missing is WIFI though most nearby restaurants and bars offer this for free.

Apartment has a safe, sunbeds, English and Irish TV.

Entrance is via either one of two gates each on a different street, this gives quick access to most required destinations within the resort.

Though central the apartment is very quiet and both gates require locking for both entry and exit giving excellent security.

The resort has many excellent restaurants, 15, down steps opposite nearby British Corner is especially good; there are also several bars offering a variety of evening entertainment.

Ged , the owner and Mike and Jenny who look after the property are all a pleasure to deal with and airport transport was provided by Mike

Beautiful Property

The property is well cared for and is well equiped. We had an enjoyable holiday. The property has use of a lovely communal pool. The upper sun terrace is a real sun trap. It is well positioned in the center of everything but still is very quiet.

great holiday

Great property in a fantastic location, close to bars, restaurants and beach, lovely and clean with everything you need for a self catering holiday, not rated higher due to having no access to the communal pool which we were supposed to have but on the day after arrival was left a letter saying we had no right to use the pool due to communal fees not paid, this didn't cause a major issue for us but could do for others

Fantastic location

Lovely duplex couple of minutes to the beach, loads of bars and restaurants on the door step. Upstairs balcony was amazing south facing sunny all day! Will definitely be booking again

Wonderful joliday in a great apartment

We spent a glorious 2 weeks at this 2 storey apartment, which is well furnished and beautifully clean throughout.

It certainly clicked all our boxes, especially the outside first floor balcony which was a complete suntrap throughout the day.

The Atlan ll site is centrally sited with many shops, supermarkets and good restaurants, some with evening entertainment, within a 5 minute stroll from the site. A must try is "Olivers" just down the road to the sea.

The excellent swimming pool is smallish, but who wants to swim the channel whilst on holiday.

Lynda and Paul who look after the apartment are Irish and lovely people.

The are ENGLISH television channels, CD player and numerous good books to read.

Dealing with Ged is a delight.

We will be booking again this (2017) year.

Location

Coast/Beach:

Less than a 5 mins walk will bring you to the lagoon beach of Caleta de Fuste, the golden sands gently shelve into the sea perfect for families with young children as there are no undercurrents. Sunbeds and parasols can be hired aswell as jet skis motor boats and pedaloes. Next to the beach are tennis courts and you can also play a round of mini golf on the two courses. In the harbour area you will find a dive school small oceanarium and there are restaurants overlooking the small marina.

Travel:

Fuerteventura airport is less than a 10 minute drive away.

A taxi from the airport will cost approx 11 euros. Car hire is not essential as the property is in the centre of town.

Distances:

The house although set in a tranquil position is within a 2 minute walk to all the shops, restuarants and bars of Caleta de Fuste. The beautiful golden sandy beach is less than a 5 minute stroll away. 50 minutes by car will take you south to the beautiful beaches of Jandia.

45 minutes by car will take you North to the beautiful Sand Dunes and beaches of Corralejo.

Further Details:

Corralejo the largest resort on the island is only a forty minutes drive away through the natural sand dunes with breathtaking views of Lobos and Lanzarote . In Corralejo you will find the Baku Water Park the new Animal Experience and the Haunted House and Hotel Of Terror ‘enter if you dare’! An hours drive south will bring you to Jandia where you will find 35 miles of crystal clear waters pure white sand beaches to rival any found in the Caribbean.
