This beautiful modern detached villa sits in the quiet Cap de la Nau area of Javea and enjoys extensive sea views. At the same time it is just 4 miles from Javea's centre with it's 3 aspects: the blue flag sandy beach (lifeguard attended in the main season), the working port and old Gothic town. The villa's 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodate 6 people comfortably. The well stocked Mediterranean style garden with palms and orange trees is both secluded and enclosed by a secure gate inside and there is ample room for parking. The floodlit 8m x 4m swimming pool is set in the privacy of the back garden. Excellent local restaurants and supermarket are just a short walk away from the villa. Javea is a family friendly resort which boasts up to 325 days of sunshine per year and the World Health Organisation has designated the area climatically and environmentally, one of the healthiest places on earth.

Notes on accommodation: The villa has stand alone, oil-filled electric radiators. A cot and high chair are available. We respectfully ask that guests do not smoke inside the villa or on the covered patio area. No pets please. Outside: Villa Marzo sits in it's own grounds of generous proportions. Around the private pool with orange trees on one side, there are sunbeds for your use. There is a brick built BBQ for alfresco dining and also an outdoor Paella burner. From the surrounding sun terrace, 5 steps lead up to the naya, a covered patio area with views towards the sea; an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a glass of Sangria. There is a table with six chairs. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The villa is cleaned between lets. A welcome pack awaits your arrival. Linen, bath towels and towels for use at the poolside are provided. For rentals over 8 days, linen is changed mid-stay at no extra cost. Other: An archway leads from the lounge to the circular dining room with round table and seating for 6. The pine sideboard holds dinner service and glasses. There is a music system for CDs, tapes and radio. French doors lead out onto the naya (covered patio)

Stunning Villa Marzo

We have just arrived back from Villa Marzo where we had our best holiday ever.The villa is wonderful. Very spacious with a light and airy feel.The two bedrooms downstairs are a good size and share a lovely bathroom and the third bedroom is upstairs in the turret with it's own nice ensuite and balcony. The kitchen, lounge and dining area inside are a great size and well stocked with all your everyday living essentials.

But the outside area is really the best thing about the villa. The pool is perfect with six sun loungers around it (very comfortable) and the sun is on it all day long. The barbecue and paella burner are good and we cooked on these most nights and ate on the 'naya'. There are two good restaurants within walking distance should you prefer to eat out, one five the other ten minutes away. You need a car here to buy goods from the supermarket as there isn't one nearby. We travelled 10-15 mins by car everyday to stock up (a nice quiet drive) to the Arenal beach area and here is a lovely big sandy beach with lots of shops and restaurants.

We spent most of the time at the villa though which is very peaceful and secluded.

Tony and Nicki who own the villa are great and the communication was excellent. The management team are at hand should you need anything and the villa is very family friendly.

All in all the holiday was brilliant and very relaxing and we hope to return sometime in the future.

Beautiful, relaxing Villa with Stunning views

Just as good as described if not better. We had a lovely relaxing holiday. The Villa was in a quiet area but still only a short drive to shops etc. We particularly loved the beautiful secluded pool surrounded by a well kept garden area and overlooked by a traditional 'Spanish feel' outside dining area. We have a young daughter so we were delighted to find every possible kind of inflatable, toys, games and DVD's available to ensure there was never a dull moment. The Master bedroom has a delightful balcony to enjoy relaxing evenings taking in the sea views with a nice glass of wine. Kind and helpful owners who have clearly gone the extra mile to make sure we didn't have to. I would most definitely recommend this Villa to friends and family.

One of the most enjoyable family holidays

You couldn't wish for a better villa for your family holiday. the owners have thought about everything you could possibly need during your stay and provided it. The pool was lovely and the terrace is a sun trip. I would advise anyone to book a holiday here. Thank you. I will be booking again soon.

Beautiful villa in idyllic surroundings

This was our fourth visit to Villa Marzo having stayed there the previous few years in both the summer months, Easter and Christmas / New Year. The area is quiet and friendly with beautiful views. The villa is always clean and presented to a very high standard with sea views, balcony, private garden and pool. One of our favourite restaurants is a short walk from the villa, a family friendly restaurant with fantastic food and service. There are other restaurants in walking distance as well as a lighthouse and local tennis court. If you're looking for a more lively atmosphere, the Arenal and beach is a ten minute drive from the villa and has a variety of restaurants and bars from fish restaurants and steak housesto tapas restaurants and traditional Spanish cuisine. The owners are very helpful and the villa is always well presented throughout and the local agents are local and very helpful should you need them.The old town of Javia is a 15 minute taxi ride down the hill where there are lots of really nice bars and restaurants. The local beach 10 minutes drive away has had a face lift and there are lots of bars and restaurants. Buitiful villa would highly recommend it.

Lovely villa well in a very nice area

This is the 6th year we have stayed in this villa it is located in a very nice quite area with a couple of very nice restaurants within walking distance. The owners are very helpful and the villa is always well presented throughout and the local agents are local and very helpful should you need them.The old town of Javia is a 15 minute taxi ride down the hill where there are lots of really nice bars and restaurants. The local beach 10 minutes drive away has had a face lift and there are lots of bars and restaurants. Buitiful villa would highly recommend it.

Booking Notes:
We would kindly request a £100 deposit to secure each week of rental, with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. At this time we ask for a £100 refundable deposit in case of any damage or breakages. Separate literature will be sent to customers showing directions from the airports and we are more than happy to advise on car hire etc.

Changeover Day:
Saturday is usually the first day of any stay but we are happy to discuss alternatives outside of peak time. Standard access time to the villa is 15.00 although we are sometimes able to pull this forward. Exit time on the day of departure is 10.00.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
We would be happy to look at discounts for longer lets.
