Villa Bellevue is a stylishly designed summer residence in the southern part of the Greek island of Evia. The top floor of the villa with glorious panoramic views has all the facilities to provide a wonderful high quality self-catering holiday. 10 minutes walk to nearest beach with crystal clear water. Variety of beaches are around. 5 minutes by car to the resort of Nea Styra with its shops and tavernas. The ground floor is used occasionally by the owners who speak English, German, Spanish and Greek.

Coast/Beach:

Mostly sandy, gently shelving beach only frequented by locals under 1km away. Good snorkeling. Many other beaches including Aegean coves within short drive (20 mins).

Travel:

A car is strongly recommended to get to the apartment. It can be hired at the Athens International Airport. From there you drive to the ferry port of Agia Marina, which is about 35km away and takes less than an hour. The ferry takes 45 minutes and the property is 5 minutes drive from the Nea Styra ferry port.

Distances:

Nea Styra 3km, Ano Styra and Reouzi 8km, Karistos and Chalkida about 1 hour drive.

Air-conditioning in all bedrooms. Outside: Around the house there is a large Mediterranean garden with oleander, roses, laurel bushes, rosemary, palm trees, cypresses, olive and fig trees. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, ironing board, downstairs. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen and two towels (but not beach towels) per person per week are included. Linen changed weekly. Maid service once a week. Other: Large terrace with round table, 4 armchairs and deckchairs. During the day shady balcony with beautiful views to the hills behind.
