Just 10 minutes walk from the beach and attractions with supermarket just a few minutes away. Fully furnished to a high standard with full self catering facilities. please note my apartment has an android box for your uk tv and free wi fi.

About the Owner
My name is Fiona I am a full time housewife with a busy family life, luckily my mum lives in Lanzarote and takes care of the apartment for me! She is retired now, so has plenty of time to ensure the apartment is just right and that you have a great stay which is problem free. I have owned the apartment now since 2006 and it is maintained to a high standard with a full decoration each year to ensure it is kept to a good standard. I insist on a cleaner for short stays where some owners try to cut costs by not having a weekly clean. This I feel is important as we can check for any broken items and replace if needed or be around to answer any questions that you may have! My mum is very knowledge about the island as she has lived in Lanzarote for over 20 years

BRILLIANT HOLIDAY APARTMENT

We stayed in Sapphire apartment at end of September for 13 days. Fiona's mum welcomed us at the apartment and showed us about. Apartment was spacious enough for 2 adults, clean and well equipped. Plenty linen, towels etc, Pool area was clean and quiet. On our visit 4 other apartments on site were also rented out and some are homes to local residents. All in all great base to stay, had pool to ourselves some days shared with another couple on a few days. The apartment is situated at the back of the resort of PDC, in residential area. No longer than 10-15min walk to the strip. Streets are quiet around the apartment, no noise at night. Very safe, secured door access to apartments. Apartment has two balcony areas so you can have sun both morning, day and evening. We 2 Supermarkets within 5mins walk. We had a really great time and would definitely return. This was the first time booking a holiday letting/owners direct apartment and will probably never do package holiday again.

Property below is occupied by residents of Lanzarote who own dogs if you don't mind being woken up constantly by dogs barking then this is ideal!!! Very disappointed
Had a wonderful two weeks stay in a superb and very clean apartment. Description spot on. All appliances you could wish for including tv (ENGLISH CHANNELS) and more. Superb pool area. 10 minutes from beach, promenade, shops and restaurants. Airport transfer great (thanks Andrea). Would recommend it to anyone. Nico's Restaurant and New World Chinese were superb.
a month in Lanzarote
A well equipped apartment in a quiet secure well kept complex.Owners mum lives on the island and was extremely helpfull.We had a great time with good weather and plenty of sunshine.Swimming in pool was chilly in February but OK after initial plunge.If you do not have a car you can walk to Porto Calero along cliff path starting from zig zag path in old town marina Porto del Carmen.Buses are good and not expensive we went all the way to Teguise had a very nice lunch walked around the town and bused back.All together a very relaxing month in Lanzarote.
First let me say that Fiona and her mum Andrea are great people to deal with.The apartment is 10 mins from beach (downhill)a bit more comming back but under 3 euro in cab.The apartment is very well equiped and the pool area clean and deserted most of the time.Nice quiet compound.

This is our second stay at Fionas apartment, a clean and tidy apartment with home from home facilities. the complex is very well maintained and is ideal for a relaxing holiday, or only a 10min stroll to the shops and bars of the seafront. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives.

Activity and Interests
Playa Grande Beach and attractions are just a 10 mins walk from the apartment. The 'Old Town' and Port is approx 15 min walk away, 3-4 Euros in a Taxi will get you to and from these places. Good news Ryan Air have brought out summer 2013 flights, book early for best bargains flights and apartment.I can also assist with finding your flights if you wish.
Arrecife airport just 10-15 mins taxi ride away and usually approx 12-15 Euros to the apartment. It is not necessary to hire a car, unless you want to go sight seeing. WOW!! folks check this out. Norwegien flights from Gatwick are out Nov & Early Dec £70 return, that makes a holiday fot two including flights and superior accomadation only £350.
Beach, restaurants and nightlife just 10 mins walk to sea front. 30 mins from Playa Blanca and Tiyamanfaya. Car Hire available with offices near apartment.
Puerto Del Carmen has a large selection of restaurants, pubs, clubs and cafes which cater for many tastes and are all usually good value.
