Hello Jan. Got back today - the holiday was great and we were very pleased with the apartment but my goodness it was hot. Can you arrange the temperature to be a few degrees cooler next time. The boys loved the swimming pool and the bulk of the holiday was spent around the pool. You seem to have got everything right in the apartment. Stephen

Perfect apartment for a relaxing holiday

Thanks Jan - your apartment was the perfect place for our week relaxing in the sun.We loved the peaceful friendly location and the short stroll to a gorgeous family friendly cove.

We found everything we needed for a relaxing holiday and made full use of the balcony/ terrace for breakfast and evening drinks. The views are gorgeous and the gardens really pretty. The communal pool / outdoor space is a lovely place to relax especially after a hard day sunbathing on the many east coast beaches.We appreciated the A/C in June.

Porto Cristo is a few minutes along the road and offers many restaurants to suit all tastes. We did our best to visit as many as we could!

Thank you for making everything straightforward for us . We would definitely recommend you to our friends and family.

Nearest Airport : Palma airport at 60 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : at 500 Metres Nearest Golf : at 7 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : at 500 Metres Nearest Beach : Cala Anguilla at 500 Metres Car: recommended


The nearest beach is at Cala Anguila about 5 minutes walk. This is a beautiful sandy cove with turquoise waters and is served by a life guard in the summer months. There is also a beach bar and restaurant. This is just the place to enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine. There are a number of other fine beaches within walking distance including the beach in Porto Cristo. Boat trips along this beautiful coast are available from Porto Cristo.


Palma airport is 40 minutes drive on excellent roads. Car hire is recommended but not essential or alternatively you can pre book bus transport from Palma airport to Porto Cristo.

There is a bus that stops close to the apartment complex which goes into Porto Cristo/Cala Millor/Cala Bona - operates April to October.


The town of Porto Cristo is about 20 minutes walk along a safe pedestrian/bicycle path. The Caves of Drach, one of the islands major tourist attractions is 15 minutes walk.

Further Details:

There is a small supermarket within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. Porto Cristo has several large supermarkets, shops of all sorts, banks etc. The Albatross restaurant is a short stroll and serves excellent food.

A deposit of £150 per week is payable on booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival date. A separate cheque for £100 should be sent with the balance as a security deposit for keys, damage etc. This will be returned when the apartment has been inspected.

The apartment will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
