Distances:

La Cité de la Buffa, the biggest covered market in the centre of Nice is only 50 metres away. It has over 40 stalls selling top quality fresh produce and a wide range of local specialities. All the attractions of Nice are within walking distance, with convenient bus routes running past the end of the street – a car is definitely not needed, although there is a multi-story car park within 50 metres.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is what the French call ‘traversant’ (running from the front of the building through to the back) so you have through air – very important on hot days and nights. There is a single fold-up bed with a proper mattress, which is normally stored out of the way in a cupboard, thus accommodating a fifth person. This can be utilised in the lounge, therefore creating 3 separate sleeping rooms if required. There is central heating, if you should ever need it. This Nice apartment is extremely well-furnished and equipped to the same very high standard as our other apartments in Nice. It is truly a home-from-home. Outside: From the large entrance hall, the first door leads to Bedroom One. It has full length windows with a marble balconette giving views over well-maintained gardens and therefore you are not overlooked. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen supplied. End-of-stay cleaning and end-of-stay laundry charges included.
