This south/west facing apartment benefits from the sun on its terrace from mid morning until sunset, a real sun worshipers delight. The large living area with comfortable sofa bed links into the breakfast bar and kitchen. A separate twin bedroom and bathroom with bath/shower make this very suitable as a holiday location for 2 adults or family with up 2 children. The patio which seats 4 people comfortably opens onto the pool area perfect for total relaxation.

Angus and Gillian Fleming here,we are a couple with three young active boys who love travelling and visiting interesting places whenever we can.
At home we have a busy family life and look forward to visiting our holiday home as often as possible.

This is a very clean and comfortable property
The listing and description of the property is very accurate, it is a very clean and well maintained property, Angus provided excellent customer service and Karen looked after us very well whilst we were on holiday keeping the apartment very clean with immaculately clean bed linen and towels, We would gladly recommend this property to any one with the confidence they would enjoy the property as we have.
a brilliant second stay
this is our second stay here and found as last time it had everything we needed for a fantastic stay .It does sleep four very comfortably and is in a really good location to the strip it is a lovely quiet complex that gets the sun all day and Karen is on hand should you need anything we really do love it here and have booked again for next year many thanks Angus and Gillian Ian and family

APARTMENT WAS EASY TO FIND AND THE OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL WHEN WE HAD TO CHANGE DATES VERY QUIET LOCATION BUT WITHIN 5 MINUTES WE WERE IN BUSY PART OF DEL CARMEN
APARTMENT WAS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED AND WAS AS EXPECTED JUST THE PLACE TO RELAX AFTER A DAY OUT
IF WE HAD ANY CRITISCM IT WOULD BE THE LACK OF HOME TV CHANNELS AS THE NIGHTS IN MARCH GET A BIT CHILLY AND A LITTLE BIT OF VARIETY ON TV WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT BUT THAT IS THE ONLY THING THAT COULD BE LOOKED AT AND PLEASE DO NOT BE PUT OF BY THIS

“We decided to buy in Puerto del Carmen following a family holiday in 2003. We feel the apt has a lot to offer both in the quality of accommodation and in its location. It is situated in a quiet street but only a short walk to all the amenities you would expect of a sun-shine holiday location. We love Lanzarote and try to visit as often as possible, during which times we strive to purchase new furniture and improve the general layout of the apt so as to make it as user friendly and to offer you, the guest a high standard of accommodation.”

A 5 min walk onto main beach.
Arrecife airport is only a 10 minute taxi ride away.
Car hire is not required but there are many firms situated at the airport and close to our apartment in Puerto del Carmen.
Bakery and supermarket is a 3 min walk.
Seafront is an 8 min walk.
Puerto del Carmen old town is a 15 min walk.
Airport is a 10 min drive.
Weekly Sunday market is a 30 min bus ride.
Numerous other top quality tourist attractions dotted around this 60 km long island.
Please refrain from smoking inside the Apartment please.

“I thoroughly recommend this property as an excellent location from where to either have a quiet relaxing holiday or as a base for exploring what this unique island has to offer. The complex is also child friendly. Karen who manages the 8 Apartments on the complex will ensure that you have everything you need for a memorable and relaxing holiday. Included in the rental price is a welcome pack which consists of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, washing up liquid, washing powder. Large 8 litre water bottles can also be delivered for a charge of 2.50 Euro paid locally.”

- Notes on accommodation: Ground floor accommodation with terrace giving direct access to pool area. Outside: The apartment terrace with table and 4 chairs leads directly to pool area. There is an outside shower and sun loungers for guest use. Outside this secure gated complex is ample off road parking for guests vehicles. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Guests are supplied enough towels for a week on arrival and towels/bed linen are changed weekly. The Apartment is also cleaned weekly. There is also a new washing machine at the complex for guests use while on holiday for a small fee.
