Beautifully furnished, luxurious, new, air conditioned, 2 bedroom apartment with sea view sited in lovely private gardens with 2 pools. Free 'WiFi', and FREE secure underground parking. Security access and lift. Fully equipped kitchen with all accessories and radio. Spacious lounge with , 40 " TV with English programmes ,and DVD. Only 5 minutes walk to Oura beach and to the famous 'strip', shops and restaurants. 3 golf courses within 10 minutes drive and 12 more within 30 minutes. Sea sports include surfing, paragliding, and scuba diving with tuition available from local instructors.

Car not necessary, beach, shops , restaurants, internet cafe within walking distance. If car is desired for exploring surrounding coastline and golf courses. FREE secure underground parking. FREE 'WiFi' Outside: Gardens and pool (plus separate children’s' pool) available to condominium members only. Outside shower and changing rooms/toilets near pool. Secure private surroundings with access to condominium by key or intercom system. We provide 4 sun loungers at the pool area, marked with the number 22 for the use of our guests. A key will be provided for access to them and would you please lock them together again when not in use. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean linen and towels provided weekly for use in apartment only. Please bring your own beach towels. Apartment cleaned on weekly basis. Other: Extra storage space in hallway. Security phone entry system. Table and chairs on balcony, also frame for drying clothes.

Excellent Apartment in Great Location

First Class experience all around, from finding apartment on HomeAway and dealing with the owner. The Apartment is exactly as described and is in first class order throughout.

Everything you may require is in the apartment, cutlery/crockery/pans etc together with ironing board and washing machine. Plenty of spare blankets and towels provided.

TV with Both English channels and Portuguese TV (this shows many programmes/films in English with Portuguese subtitles). Good wifi throughout the apartment.

The Manageress met us as promised although we did not require her assistance throughout the stay.

The location is great, close to the bottom end of 'the strip', but far enough away not to be bothered by any noise etc. A whole host of places to eat and drink, all within a couple of hundred yards, so much so we did not eat in at all this time. The Calipto bar approx 80 yards away serving breakfast and was great for us.

The grounds are very well maintained and peaceful with a great pool, even though it was too cold for us to use this early in the year.

One of the few times we have stayed at an apartment and have not had to pop out and buy something as everything was there.

I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to family or friends.

An amazing holiday.

The modern, clean, spacious apartment provided us with all the facilities needed to make it a perfect holiday. The calm pool area offered a place to relax along with the many beautiful beaches that were only a 5 minute walk away. Having a choice between the traditional old town and lively atmosphere in the new town meant the apartment was in a good location with many restaurants close by to chose from. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday which I would definitely recommend.

Great Location

Spent a relaxing week at this beautiful apartment with my 2 teenage children and sister. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully decorated and the owners have thought of everything that you might possibly need. The pools and garden were a great hit with my children. It's only a 5 minute walk to the beaches, bus stop, shops and restaurants. The communication with the owners was superb and I would definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay.

Location

Coast/Beach:

5 minutes walk to lovely sandy Oura beach,(cafes and bars). 20 minutes stroll along the beach to Albufeira Old Town. Also many beautiful coastal walks. Sea activities include surfing, paragliding, scuba diving, with tuition available from local instructors.

Travel:

Faro airport is 35 minutes by taxi which can be arranged by us if required.

Distances:

'Aveiros' beach 600m approx 'Oura' beach 700m approx. Supermarket 100m. Short walk along the beach to 'Old Town' The 'Strip' 5 mins walk, Marina 5 mins by taxi. Shops, banks, ATMs, chemists, internet cafe, all within 5 mins walk.

Further Details:

Bus stop 2 mins walk. tourist trolley bus goes all round Albufeira, get on and off at any stop. Information in apartment for local entertainment, zoo marine, water sports, slide and splash, sailing cruises, surfing, scuba diving and golf.
