Only 5 minutes walk to Oura beach and to the famous 'strip', shops and restaurants. 3 golf courses within 10 minutes drive and 12 more within 30 minutes. Sea sports include surfing, paragliding, and scuba diving with tuition available from local instructors.

An amazing holiday.
The modern, clean, spacious apartment provided us with all the facilities needed to make it a perfect holiday. The calm pool area offered a place to relax along with the many beautiful beaches that were only a 5 minute walk away. Having a choice between the traditional old town and lively atmosphere in the new town meant the apartment was in a good location with many restaurants close by to chose from. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday which I would definitely recommend.

Spent a relaxing week at this beautiful apartment with my 2 teenage children and sister. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully decorated and the owners have thought of everything that you might possibly need. The pools and garden were a great hit with my children. It's only a 5 minute walk to the beaches, bus stop, shops and restaurants. The communication with the owners was superb and I would definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay.
Activity and Interests
5 minutes walk to lovely sandy Oura beach,(cafes and bars). 20 minutes stroll along the beach to Albufeira Old Town. Also many beautiful coastal walks. Sea activities include surfing, paragliding, scuba diving, with tuition available from local instructors.
Faro airport is 35 minutes by taxi which can be arranged by us if required.
'Aveiros' beach 600m approx 'Oura' beach 700m approx. Supermarket 100m. Short walk along the beach to 'Old Town' The 'Strip' 5 mins walk, Marina 5 mins by taxi. Shops, banks, ATMs, chemists, internet cafe, all within 5 mins walk.
Bus stop 2 mins walk. tourist trolley bus goes all round Albufeira, get on and off at any stop. Information in apartment for local entertainment, zoo marine, water sports, slide and splash, sailing cruises, surfing, scuba diving and golf.

Booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% deposit. Final balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. A fully refundable security deposit is required of £150 sterling.
Usually mid-week but generally all days are acceptable. Apartment available from 3pm on day of arrival and you will be required to vacate the premises by 10.30am on day of departure (unless previously arranged).
