Apartment in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca, Balearic Islands

This first line apartment is ideally situated near the Sis Pins hotel, at the start of the Pine Walk, about 50 metres from the beach, and 5 minutes from the centre of the port. The flat is on the fourth floor (there is a lift) with a long balcony, and has breathtaking views of the bay. There is a supermarket conveniently located on the ground floor of the block, with many bars and restaurants nearby.

Lovely apartment for a winter holiday

The apartment was very well equipped and in an excellent position overlooking the Pine Walk and harbour. It was very good value. The local agent called in to make sure we didn't have any problems.The weather was good for our two week stay but we appreciated the heating when it became cool during the evenings. We especially liked all the paintings on the walls and the view from the balcony. Most of the shops and restaurants were still closed for the winter when we arrived, but the resort didn't feel "dead" as there were lots of people around.

Lovely Apartment

This was our second visit to the apartment. It is perfectly located for a stroll into Puerto Pollenca. The views from the balcony are wonderful especially as the sun rises over the mountains to the east and floods the bay with light and colour. The apartment is compact but very well laid out and comfortably furnished. The agent is always on hand if anything is needed. There is a lift to the apartment and it is wheelchair friendly.

My husband and I loved this apartment,it has the best views and balcony in this small block.It is directly on the Pine walk with fabulous sea views.It is very well located for walking into town and has a good supermarket on the ground floor of the apartments.

The apartment was clean,well equipped and very homely feeling.The owners agent visited a couple of times to ensure everything was alright,and we had his phone number in case of any problems.

All in all we had a fabulous holiday and would most definitely go back.
