Casa Largo Vista is a large detached villa located on the exclusive Las Comunicaciones Estate located 1.50 Km from the quaint Spanish town of San Miguel De Salinas. About the Owner

My name is Jamie Watson and I am married to my wonderful wife Mary and we have been for the past 48 years. We live in Essex and have two adult children and 2 beautiful grand daughters. We fell in love with this area of Spain more than 28 years ago and still enjoy returning every year in the Winter Months. We refurbish the interior & exterior of the property every year to insure it keeps is 5 star rating. All bed linen and bathroom towels are also renewed each year. So nothing in the Villa ever looks "tired". If you decide to rent our Villa we can guarantee you will enjoy the comfort and luxury it affords.

We have owned a property in this part of Spain since 1988 and we purchased the land upon which our Villa is built in 1999. We then designed the Villa and commissioned a local Spanish Builder to build the Villa in 2000. We oversee the construction of the Villa to ensure it was built to the highest specification with cavity wall insulation and Solar Water heating. Since the completion of the build in 2001 we spend every Winter in the Villa maintaining it and improving the facilities for the benefit of not only ourselves but for all our prospective guests. We are sure that you will enjoy staying at our Villa.

There is villa cleaning charge of 150.00 euro & laundry charge of 10.00 euro per person applicable to each rental. These charges are to be paid locally in full upon arrival at the Villa to our management agent

Changeover days are flexible. The owner prefers 1 day between clients entering and leaving the Villa so that the Villa can be cleaned properly. On sameday change over clients must leave by 10.00am and entry is not until 3.00pm to allow for villa cleaning.

Casa Largo Vista is ideally situated to be just far enough away from the noise of busy bars and restaurant areas to provide a quiet and idyllic location. The nearest Beaches are just a 10 mins drive and we have superb Restaurants serving excellent food at really inexpensive prices in our local Village of San Miguel De Salinas which is only 1.5 Km away. We have one Restaurant that we highly recommend which is just 300 mtrs. walking distance from the Villa. The local village also has a street market every Wednesday, it has a church, a post office, banks, and a medical centre. A major benefit of renting Casa Largo Vista is that unlike most other Villas it has a Bathroom / Shower Room for each of the 5 Bedrooms so that everyone has that "Home Comfort" of having their own private bathroom.

  • The Villa is furnished to a very high level with fine furniture and fittings. It has an large integral garage plus off street parking on a drive accessed via an electric sliding gate. There is a cellar area where pool accessories e.g. air beds and children's pool toys are stored. The hire of a Cot is available for babies & infants at a supplement of 20.00 euro per week. There is a babies high chair kept in the Villa. Complimentary cold drinks upon arrival. Beach Chairs supplied. Pool & Beach Toys provided. There are 16 sunloungers kept inside the garage. There is a 4.0 mtr x 3.0 mtr UVA protected electric operated sun blind fitted to the outside wall in the rear garden for those who prefer to relax in the shade The whole of the property is surrounded by a 2.50m high wall for total privacy and security.
