With magnificent sea views and easy walking distance to 3, clean, safe beaches and easy access to the beautiful, charming port of Porto Cristo and access to a wide range of golf, tennis, horse riding and other sporting and leisure pursuits. This location can either be the perfect wind down retreat or an activity holiday to keep even the most sporty couple or family busy. (Not suitable for young people wanting nightclubs or rowdy bars!)

About the Owner

We're a professional couple, living in Manchester and both running businesses. We purchased the villa in 2009 as we fell in love with Mallorca and wanted to spend more time there and also have somewhere lovely to go when we retire.

When it's not being used by ourselves, friends and family we occasionally hire the villa to other people but we will always want to know it's being used with love and respect and we will always be honest with people about whether we think it's right for them and their family as we know how important holidays are. We love Porto Cristo because it's such a warm, friendly fishing village and we've formed some good friendships in the community and with restaurant/bar owners over the years. We're also delighted to see it coming to life more and more each year with more lovely restaurants and cafes - but this is happening gradually and we're confident it won't spoilt the ambience.

Special interest holidays:

Horse riding, snorkeling, scuba, sailing, tennis and many other activities available nearby.


The sea is literally 50 metres away and the nearest beach is only five minutes walk away and is safe, clean and beautiful. Very good for families. There are other beaches of all shapes and sizes within walking and driving distance, including the charming fishing harbour of Porto Cristo, with its pretty beach and array of restaurants and bars only 5 minutes away by car/taxi or a 20 minute walk.


Palma airport is only 45 minutes away by car, reached by very good and rarely busy dual-carriageway. Car hire is available, from the airport. Taxi would be approximately 50 Euros but as Mallorca is such a pretty and variable island, a car is highly recommended.


Numerous beautiful, interesting and varied ports and towns are easy driving distance from the villa, including Son Servera, Sa Coma, Cala D'or, Porto Colom and Alcudia. A superb location to explore the beautiful and varied island of Mallorca.

Further Details:

Porto Cristo is adequately equipped with local, quaint stores and also reasonably-sized supermarkets. There are numerous restaurants and bars in Porto Cristo, to suit all budgets and tastes. Nearer still, there is a small, very friendly restaurant within walking distance and a beach bar/cafe on all beaches nearby. There is also a five-star hotel and complex within walking distance, surrounded by small restaurants and shops.

Booking Notes:
We do not keep the calendar up to date as we only rent the villa when it's not being used by ourselves, friends and family. Obviously it's highly popular during high season so early booking is recommended.

Changeover Day:
Saturday in high season.

A 25% deposit is required upon booking, then the full balance, plus the refundable security deposit is payable six weeks prior to the stay.

Outside: Very well maintained and attractive pool area within manicured, landscaped gardens. Adult pool and children's pool - both are a good size and are surrounded by sun loungers. Rarely busy. Utility Room: Easy to operate boiler. Complete with washing machine, dryer and iron/ironing board. Separate basin for convenience for swimming apparatus. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Safe provided. Bath towels and highchair and stroller also on site. Cot can be arranged. Other: Large terrace to front, with sea views and table/chairs for six people, perfect for breakfast/late night drinks. Garden to front. Small garden to rear leading directly to pool area.
