Casa Limones is bright, spacious and furnished to an extremely high standard with hot and cold air conditioning, a secluded balcony, washing machine, ironing and clothes airing facilities, TV and DVD. It is situated on a quiet, well-maintained, residential development and is conveniently located with shops, bars, restaurants and children’s play area/park within a 10 mins walk but not close enough to hear. Easily accessible from Alicante and Murcia airports. There is an attractive gated, landscaped communal pool within 100 yards walk and several wonderful blue flag beaches are within 5 mins drive. The apartment is in a prime location for golfers as championship courses are easily accessible. The superb new shopping mall, Zenia Boulevard, with an extensive range of designer shops, dining options and play area, is a 15 minute walk. At hand are also some of the most extensive hiking trails in the country, two marinas, tennis, sea fishing, horse riding, go karting and quad biking as well as extensive water sports facilities. In addition, the area boasts a huge amount of artistic variety and heritage, with local markets and attractive villages/towns to visit.

Casa Limones is also only 5/10 minutes drive from several blue flag beaches. The water is warm from April onwards and the beaches are sandy and accessible. Nearby beaches include La Zenia (Medium sized clean beach, watersports in the summer), Cabo Roig (great beach, fantastic beach bar), Mar Menor (warm shallow water attracts young & old), Guardamar local beach (sand dunes), La Marina beach (Not commercialized, some dunes) as well as many hidden coves.
Alicante airport - 45 minute drive.
Murcia airport - 20 minute drive.
For those that do not wish to hire a car, transport from and to the airport can be arranged through our management company (approx 50 euros one way from Alicante or 30 euros from Murcia).
Bus or taxi transport within the Orihuela Coast is also not expensive.
Local amenities - supermarket, newsagent, restaurants, bars, bus stop - are a 10 minute walk.
Torrevieja is the nearest major town (15 mins drive) which offers larger amenities and nearby water park. Quesada water park is 25 min drive and the Terra Mitica theme park is approx 1¼ hour drive. Local markets at Playa Flamenca (Sat, 5 mins drive), San Miguel (Wed, 10 mins drive) and Torrevieja. The towns of San Miguel (10 mins drive) and Elche (20 mins drive) are also well worth a visit.

Saturday but can be flexible depending on reservations calendar. Check-in is after 1500 and check-out between 0800 and 1000. The meet and greet service for collecting keys applies between 0900 and 2200. There is a charge of 20 euros for supplying keys and showing you to the property between 2200 & 2400. No key collection is possible between 2400 -0900.
Bookings can be made by phone/e-mail. Reservations made more than 8 weeks prior to arrival require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the property rental and must be received within 7 days of the provisional booking. - Notes on accommodation: Children are very welcome – the apartment, complex and the area are all child friendly, including gated access to communal pools on the complex Cot/high chair can be provided on request. Hot and cold air conditioning. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. No pets please. Outside: Large secluded south-facing balcony, with outdoor furniture provided, which is not overlooked, and provides views of farmland and sea in the distance. 100 yards from communal pool, set within landscaped gardens. Utility Room: Situated off the kitchen, this useful area contains a washing machine, large sink and electric water heater. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property is cleaned thoroughly after every rental and towels (excluding beach towels) and bed linen are provided. A standard charge of 50 euros for cleaning plus 7 euros per person laundry charge applies (payable on arrival).
