With the beautiful beaches of the Costa Tropical an golf only 10 min drive away and the mountains of the Sierra Navada 45 minutes by car,this is the perfect location for sun or ski holidays. Skiing, mountain biking,walking,go-karting are all close by. Watersports, including kite surfing and scuba can all be found either on the beaches of the costa tropical or the nearby Rules Dam.

We live with our daughter in Nottingham and make regular visits to our apartment in Spain where we have made many friends. We love the Spanish way of life, culture and the food and obviously the climate which offers sun for most of the year.

If you want activities you can be skiing in the Sierra Nevada within an hour & golf enthusiasts have a good choice of courses within 1/2 an hour from the apartment.

As one of only two 3 bed apartments there is plenty of room. Its large terrace with fantastic views make it ideal for outdoor dinning and barbecues, or just soaking up the sun and enjoying the jacuzzi.(summer months)

All rooms are air conditioned and all bedrooms have 'Juliette' style balconies with shutters, built-in wardrobes, drawers and bedside cabinets. Outside: Large roof terrace with stunning veiws to the village and mountains beyond is ideal for outdoor dining,complete with dining table & chairs sunloungers,barbeque,shower and hot tub. Shared outdoor pool with showers and changing rooms set in well kept communal lawned garden with orange trees. Utility Room: Laundry facilities/washing machine is located leading from the kitchen on a small self contained terrace, with ample drying area on the main terrace. Ironing facilities are also provided. Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels are provided. Apartment is cleaned and serviced before and after each visit. Additional linen and towels laundered on request for an extra charge.
