Just 10mins drive from Marbella. . The apartment is within walking distance of local bars & restaurants & near the Port of Cabopino where one can dine looking out over the marina & luxury yachts. Reserva de Marbella is a gated community for added security so no lager louts! A lift from the private underground car park will deliver you directly to the second floor thus permitting easy access for those with young families or those of an elderly disposition or mobility issues.. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with superb flowers, trees & shrubs. There is direct access to all 4 swimming pools (including one for children).

The apartment is fully air conditioned in both bedrooms and main living areas. The air con units also provide heating during the cooler months.

Great apartment, highly recommended

I have just returned from a stay at Amatista with my family and had a great time. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped - there was nothing that we needed during our stay as everything was thought of. I found all of the information provided by the owner very useful, and the touches such as books and games left in the cupboard were great. The location is excellent for exploring the Costa, although it's a bit far for 'lazy teenagers' to walk to Cabopino however my husband and I had no problem with the distance. Taxis and buses were plentiful and we managed to get around easily enough without a car. Great communication from the owner, all in all a brilliant apartment - would recommend to anyone! Thanks very much.

Lovely Place

This is one of the most fantastic places i have ever rented. Location was greatly positioned and the pool areas was just great for all the family. i would recommend this to a friend and i would return next year. The apparment was very clean and well stocked.

We bought this apartment in 2001 as the location was perfect for us. There is no restaurant / bar on site so very quiet particularly in the evening, though bars and restaurants are only a short walk away. The view from the balcony is amazing, over the main pool and down to the Mediterranean.The apartment is South facing so gets sun all day.

Coast/Beach:

Reserva de Marbella is situated a short walk away from the fashionable marina at Puerto Cabopino with its wonderful beach, exclusive yachts, affordable restaurants and beach bars.

Travel:

Reserva de Marbella is just a 40 min drive from Malaga airport and 90 mins from Granada.

Distances:

A 10 min drive will get you to the centre of Marbella with Puerto Banus a minute or two further on.

Further Details:

Within easy walking distance are a number of excellent restaurants and a brand new supermarket. There are many other large supermarkets along the coast road, together with banks and pharmacies. The La Canada shopping centre just outside Marbella is a 10min drive away and is home to 250 shops. There is also the El Corte Ingles shopping centre in Puerto Banus. For those who wish to shop till they drop you must head straight to either Marbella or Puerto Banus. For families there is a lot to enjoy incl Tivoli World, Selwo Safari Park, Waterparks, Sea Life Centre, Zoo and the monkeys at Gibraltar. There are numerous golf courses along this stretch of the coast which is known as the Costa del Golf and Reserva de Marbella is located adjacent to Cabopino Golf Course. The typically Spanish villages of Mijas and Benahavis are a must see and a short drive away. Malaga, Granada and Ronda all make excellent day trips. Market's are also a great day out and are held on a daily basis at different towns close to the apartment.

There is now a coastal walkway that has been constructed from Cabopino all the way along to the apartment's nearest beach.

A further £100 returnable bond is required at time of booking to cover unforseen expenses such as loss of keys, breakages etc. This can be paid by cheque which will not be cashed but returned/destroyed upon your return or paid directly into our bank account. Cancellation periods: Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks - at owners discretion.

Changeover Day:
We have no preferred change over day, this will give you the flexibility to choose the cheapest days to fly (usually Tuesday / Wednesday) or stay for any number of days.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is south facing and gets all day sunshine though the balcony is covered and so shade is always available. The complex is very suited for children as the main pool has an extensive shallow end and there is a children's paddling pool also on site. Wi-Fi Broadband internet connection is available for 19 euros per week or 29 euros for two weeks. Outside: The apartment is situated in a private complex so there is no bar or restaurant though these are available a few minutes walk away, as are two brand new supermarkets. The apartment has a lovely balcony which is south facing with stunning views over the main pool, fountains and waterfalls down to the Mediterranean. Ideal for alfresco dining or just relax, have a drink and gaze at the wonderful view. The apartment has direct access to a very large communal pool,two further smaller and quieter pools, children's pool and jacuzzi. There is plenty of space so you can always find a quiet spot in the sun. Fixed parasols are provided for guests. Showers and toilet facilities are also available. The pool is surrounded by beautiful gardens,fountains, waterfalls and palm trees. On an evening the pool is beautifully lit up. Our south facing large terrace enjoys the sun all day long. There are loungers on the balcony so crash out on the balcony or bring the loungers down to one of the 4 pools. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Our weekly rental prices are all inclusive of air con, water, electricity, heating, cost of cleaning. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is managed by an English lady who is always on hand. Other: The apartment has marble floors, electric heating for low season and comes with a secure garage parking space. There is a phone entry system for your added security. Cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.
