The terrace has sun from early morning till late in the evening plenty of room to sun bathe and dine alfresco! Quiet location. Secure underground parking. We have lived here in Albir for nearly 10 years after I was dragged kicking and screaming from blighty.

Funnily enough you can adjust to the chilled out environment and sun filled days that make this part of the coast a delightful place to work and play

If you want hectic nightlife its a 15 minute Taxi/Bus drive away but thankfully not on your doorstep

Notes on accommodation: Secure garden area only accessed from inside complex is ideal for children. Separate pool for children along side the main pool is a splash pool approx 18in deep. Children's playgrounds are located on the beach, 2 minutes walk away and another in a children's park similar distance in a shaded park, good for avoiding the heat of the day Outside: The large pool approx 15x8 m is shared. Open from May to October. Beautifully kept gardens with sunbathing facilities the building owe it's name to some Roman ruins that were discovered when the building was constructed and now make up a corner of the gardens. Utility Room: Washing machine, washing sink, boiler, storage cupboard for cleaning materials, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing-board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and hand and bath towels included. Other: All of the rooms are fully furnished with the highest standard materials. Windows are double glazed with blinds and shutters, matching rugs, lamps and pictures. Modern decor, Mexican style, bedsteads and bedside tables. Fully equipped Bathrooms.

Well appointed 3rd floor apartment.

The three bedrooms and the comfortable living space was ideal for our requirements. With two elderly persons in the group the lift access to the floors, swimming pool area and the basement private parking was essential. The balcony was great, stunning views, very spacious and a good sun trap on a nice day.

The central location of the apartment couldn't be better - close to the beach front and surrounding shops / restaurants / pubs; yet in a quiet spot. Tv and wifi also essential for us at the end of a long day.

The apartment had all the amenities required to make your stay homely together with air conditioning. Two sets of keys was a bonus allowing for some flexibility within the group. The private swimming pool area was excellent, another good sun trap, good sized pool and plenty of sunbeds.

All-in-all, an ideal flat which facilitates all your needs, gives you prime location to the centre of Albir, clean & tidy and secure. Would recommend this apartment if you want a pleasant stay in Albir with good quality facilities. Martin was very obliging and my thanks to him.

Fantastic Apartment

3 bedroom third floor apartment with amazing sea and mountain views. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything you needed for your stay. The only thing I felt was missing was Wifi. The location to bars, restaurants, beach and supermarket is only 2mins walk away. The pool is lovely. Couldnt really fault the place at all. I would highly recommend and I will be booking again. A great property

The apartment is very comfortable with a good size balcony. The area is quiet. It was six of us, 4 adults and two children. A very good breeze that makes it for a comfortable temperature during the day, if front grill door and balcony door left open. Excellent air conditioner around the flat that made sleeping very comfortable. Very good service from Martin when needed. Overall, a fantastic location near supermarket, great restaurants and sea. Would definitely consider renting again.

Excellent all round

We have stayed in a variety of apartments in Albir, but this one is the best yet! It's just like the photos..roomy and very clean...everything you need....great balcony space...and right in the heart of Albir for shops, bars, buses, beach ....yet very quiet at night.. Just what everyone needs for a great holiday. It also has its own Roman ruin villa!! Just remember to bring a beach towel for lazing around the lovely pool. There are lots of great places to eat all around...you will be spoilt for choice. The booking and arrival were very easy as Martin was really helpful. We will definatly be returning.

Great location

Lovely and clean apartment, great pool and friendly and helpful owner. Just a 5 minute stroll to the beach and the promenade with local bars and supermarket 2 minutes away. Booked again for next year, thoroughly recommend.

Martins lovely apartment is simply perfect

We stayed 3 adults and 2 small children (1 & 4 year) for one week at Martins Apartment.

Everything was really perfect and we loved staying here for our vacation.

Its located in a quiet area of L'Albir, but really close to the mainstreet. Its also just 3 minutes walk from the sea.

Even though we arrived very late (3 AM due to our plane got delayed), Martin was there to help us.

Martin was also really helpful with explaining the city and i would highly recommend him as host.

The apartment had everything we need, and was roomy enough for our family to stay in. Also the terrace is really nice with a good view to the sea.

I give my best recommendations for this apartment, and if we would get back to L'Albir another time, we would definitely stay in Martins place.

2 minute walk to the attractive seafront and beach of Albir. The walk along the coast to Altea is a popular stroll and takes approx 25 minutes. A coastal walk to the lighthouse through the pine trees with spectacular views of coast and mountains is well worth the effort. Water sports, water sking, canoeing, beach volley ball, mini golf.

Travel:

Alicante Airport is approx 40 minute drive. Valencia Airport is approx 1.hr 30 minute drive. Car hire is only needed if you want to explore the surrounding area. Otherwise beach, town, restaurants, bars etc all easily reached.

Distances:

Altea well known fishing village and Artistic centre, 3 km. Theme parks - Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica - 10km. Benidorm - great beaches and nightlife, 10 km. Alicante - good for shopping, Marina seafront - 40 km. Gaudalest - mountain village - 15km. Valencia - vibrant city, shopping, - 130km. Jalon Valley - wine growing centre and rastro - 30km.

Further Details:

Supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, doctors all on the doorstep, so to speak. Wide variety of good restaurants, all in walking distance.
