Situated on the first floor of the Paraiso Riviera complex with a large swimming pool, sauna and children's pool, secure parking, and well maintained tropical gardens. Situated in the heart of the Costa del Sol close to the Miraflores Golf academy and 5 minutes from La Cala resort. Only 10-15 minutes drive from Marbella and Fuengirola. Ged (August 2012) - If you're looking for somewhere to stay on the Costa Del Sol that offers peace and tranquility but is within easy reach of the commercial attractions of the area then this apartment would be a good choice. We booked a short stay here and the owner was most helpful and offers renters the opportunity to purchase additional services including welcome packs and transfers. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped and the on site rep was very helpful and on hand to address problems if required. A car is essential for trips out and shopping but this is made clear by the owner so you can expect a trek if you want to venture out on foot. I would definitely recommend this apartment and it is on my shortlist for future trips to the area.

The apartment has air conditioning/heating system so it is comfortable all year round. The TV receives both local digital services as well as UK TV channels. There are a selection of DVDs and games for the Playstation 2. There is a safe for your valuables. Outside: The sun terrace has a dining table and 4 chairs, two sun loungers, and an outdoor coffee table, sofa and chairs. There is a nice view over green hills and down to the sea. The complex has a large swimming pool and a children's pool, a sauna, with showers and WCs nearby. The complex is well maintained with sub-tropical planting. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is fully cleaned for your arrival with all bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. For stays of 2 weeks or more, the towels and linen will be changed each week.

Nice apartment within easy access to shops and beaches. Good location to explore costal and villages. The apartment is well equipped with good Wi-Fi access and British TV channels. Plenty of room for four, with two bathrooms as a bonus. Can’t find anything to fault, had an excellent stay.

Great Apartment

Very well equipped apartment in a quiet location, 2 good sized bedrooms, A/C, WiFi,well equipped kitchen and a nice balcony that gets the evening sun. The complex pool was clean and good for the kids. Good correspondence from the owner and also the key holder Spencer was a really nice guy. 15-20 minute walk into the town but there is a nice bar and shop 2 minutes up the road.

anti-stress stay

Very well equipped apartment in a quiet location, very good WiFi and A/C All you need you have in the kitchen and on top a fantastic balcony where we have been most of the time. The complex pool was clean and warm. Good support from the owner and also the property manager was very nice waiting for us late in the night. It is not very near the beach.

Super godt indrettet og godt udstyret lejlighed med en fantastisk udsigt fra den skønne altan.

Meget imponerende informationsfolder blev sendt før opholdet, og ejeren har hele vejen været meget behjælpelig med information om praktiske forhold - meget flot!

Lejligheden er praktisk indrettet med sove og badeværelser i to opdelte afsnit - praktisk når man rejser 2 par.

Flere gode restauranter i området - vi fulgte blot informationsfolderen, der med fine kort ledte om rundt i området.

Kan virkelig anbefales.

Situation idéale

A l'écart suffisant de l'autoroute pour écouter le chant des oiseaux en pleine nature depuis la terrasse en admirant une vue imprenable sur la mer. Et pourtant juste à 20 minutes à pied des bars, restaurants et plage. L'appartement est très agréable, confortable et propre.

The nearest beach is at Riviera del Sol which can be walked to in about 20 minutes, or just a few minutes by car. There a many many other lovely beaches nearby including Cabopino, Torrenueva, La Cala and of course many miles of sandy beaches at Fuengirola and Marbella which are no more than a 15 minute drive.


The nearest airport is Malaga and is only a 25 minute drive away. Access is simple via the nearby A7 coast road.


For restaurants and shops nearby you have the choice of Riviera del Sol, Calahonda, and Miraflores, each is about a 15 minute walk or a few minutes by car. The nearest shops at Los Olivos are only about a 10 minute walk. There is also a bar, cafe and small shop at the nearby Oasis Club (5 minute walk). Tennis and mini-golf are also available at the Oasis Club.

Further Details:

Our favorite place to eat in the evenings is El Zoco at Calahonda which is about a 15 minute walk and consists of a lively courtyard of dozens of restaurants with many styles of cuisine.
