An attractively furnished spacious 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. Situated in a quite residential part of Paphos. All this within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and sandy beaches. Other attractions include a very adventurous water park, 3 championship golf courses and many historical sites. Furnished to a high living standard with a spacious open plan lounge and dining area, with dining table and chairs, HD TV HDMI Connection with DVD and WiFi available. This leading to a large balcony with table, chairs, and parasol, also Gas BBQ, overlooking the pool and gardens.

We like the apartment, very well equipt

I will be taking my daughter and son in law to the airport on Saturday, they have enjoyed staying at your apartment and also using the pool. Most days they have been doing 100 lengths and find it great.

I think you should also advertise that within 10 mins walking there are several restaurants, one a Greek Taverna and the other 100 metres away on the same road, a restaurant where you can take your own wine, no corkage.

The bus stop is only a few mins away and takes you direct into Paphos Harbour

wonderful apartment superb complex

Apartment is lovely on a superb complex,lovely pool, very well equipped apartment with lovely furnishings. Location is ideal base to explore Paphos regular bus service close by and runs quite late. Local taverna close by at 7 St Georges offering fantastic food and brilliant Meze. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to return here.

Lovely apartment disappointed not close to restaurants

The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed on hand, Karen and Eddie , caretakers , were extremely helpful and their attention was excellent.

We were dissapointed that the apartment was so far away from shops and restaurants , we only found one small grocer shop and one restaurant , which were not in easy walking distance, like the very long walk to the beach and harbour ,

I feel the web sight should be amended, a car is advisable , it is not easy walking distance to shops and restaurants

there is a bus service, reasonable in the day, but infrequent in the evening

We will come back to Cyprus, but find somewhere closer to the harbour, where we can walk easily to a restaurant .

Fantastic!!!!

We have just returned from a very relaxing week's holiday.

From the initial enquiry, Norman was very prompt, helpful and provided useful information.

A very spacious apartment in a lovely, small, friendly complex. It felt like a home as there was every utensil you an imagine together with a hairdryer and an iron!!

The wifi and air-conditioning were invaluable for all the family!!

The icing on the cake for me was our own personal sun beds - no getting to the pool early to put your towel on a sun bed!!

We will definitely be returning to Cyprus and would have no hesitation recommending the apartment to anyone.

Excellent apartment

It was a great apartment very spacious and had everything you could need. The pool was excellent not fighting for sunbeds!!

Will recommend to family and friends. We had a fantastic holiday and will definatly be returning to Cyprus.

Amazing 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is very spacious with good size bedrooms. There was everything we needed on hand eg. Utensils, towels, hairdryer etc. The balcony is a good size and was lovely to sit out and have food. As we never arrived until later evening I thought it was nice that the owner had provided milk,butter and bread. All rooms were very clean. Sun loungers are provided and the pool area was very relaxing. The apartment is situated in a residential area and is very quiet however there is a bar/restaurant,mini supermarket 10 minutes walk away. It is a 30 minute walk to the harbour which we didn't mind doing but it is only 5 mins taxi ride for around €8. We also found it better to have done a shop in papantoniou supermarket near the harbour as there is a much larger choice plus fresh bakery,deli and butcher counters. Overall I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic

One week into a 15 night stay and had to write this review, to start at the beginning, the first contact I had with the owner Norman was when I made my enquiry, the reply was fast, efficient, polite and packed with info. The instructions on how the process works was the same and on arrival I found the apartment with no problem and got the key and entered, well what can I say but wow! the pictures don't actually give a good idea of the size of the apartment..... it's huge!, well equipped with absolutely everything even a potato peeler!!! there is an abundance of info in the apartment about the island, attractions, restaurants and bars, emergency numbers, local tradesmen, even a detailed bus timetable. Norman really has thought of everything, even Wi-Fi so I am writing this review from the apartment before an afternoon swim . I have been coming to this part of the island for over twenty years and I plan to retire here and this is by far the best accommodation I have stayed in bar none, I will be returning and I hope Norman keeps on letting me stay in his wonderful apartment.
