Superbly appointed 4 bedroom villa (+cot) with 9 x 5m private salt water pool (which can be heated), situated in a quiet cul de sac of this 5 star golf resort. The south facing rear garden, pool and terrace are not overlooked and have lovely views of the 5th fairway and the mountains beyond. The villa is furnished and maintained to an extremely high standard and is equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing holiday. The Spar supermarket and Intercontinental hotel are just a 3 minute level walk away; the hotel has a spa, pools, bars, restaurants and a gym. There are additional restaurants, bars and an ATM located on Mar Menor 2 - just a pleasant 15 minute stroll away. The villa is a 15 minute drive from San Javier (Murcia) airport and approximately 55 minutes from Alicante airport. The local resort of Los Alcazares is only 5km away and features excellent restaurants, bars and beautiful clean sandy beaches where water sports are a main feature.

'We stayed at this villa in the summer of 2011, excellent facilities - it was so safe and enclosed we felt we could really relax. The villa had everything you could wish for and was beautifully maintained and presented. Masses of living space and in my opinion the best location in the whole of the complex. Excellent local facilities, shops, restaurants and a wonderful golf course. I would highly recommend a stay at this villa, especially if you have small children. 10 out of 10! J H Anglesy

Notes on accommodation: The villa is a second home for the owners rather than just a rental property and the decor and furnishings reflect this. It is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the lounges. A fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke detector and CO2 monitor are installed for guest safety. The garden and pool area are completely fenced for both privacy and safety with a grassed play area for children. An English / Spanish speaking property manager is available locally for any queries or problems. Welcome pack available on request Strictly no smoking within the villa please. Outside: The patio area is perfect for outside dining - it is fully tiled and there is a very private large south facing garden, a grassed play area and a private 9 x 5 metre swimming pool which can be heated and is fenced for safety. The pool is a salt water pool which is much kinder to skin and hair and avoids the use of harsh chemicals. The pool and shower area are fully tiled with non slip tiles and both the patio and pool area can be illuminated at night. There are tables, chairs, parasols, sun loungers and a BBQ. Both upstairs terraces are furnished and have lovely views of the golf course and mountains. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Clothes airer, mop and bucket and central heating boiler. BBQ equipment, cool bags, picnic plates and glasses etc and beach umbrella. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival, bed linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels is available on request and payable locally. Other: Glazed patio (conservatory style) with sliding doors, furnished to create second lounge area. Ideal for relaxing, reading - particularly in the cooler evenings.

A 10% deposit (non refundable) is required to secure your booking. The balance of payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure together with a damage and breakage deposit of £200. This will be refunded to you promptly once the villa has been inspected.

Up to 8 weeks – loss of deposit
4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks – no refund
