Holiday Apartment 101F is situated within Oasis Parque Country Club (with its own pools and tennis courts) an exclusive development just 2km from the bustling town of Portimao and 5km from the magnificent beaches at Alvor, Vau and Praia Da Rocha. What sets the apt above many others is its stunning views across the outdoor pool to the Monchique hills. It is one of a block of 6 and has been individually furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The lounge and dining room form a spacious open plan area leading out onto a terrace balcony, perfect for both sunbathing and alfresco dining. The bedrooms are of a similar size, one double with en-suite, whilst the other has twin beds and its own separate shower room. A balcony is shared by both bedrooms with views overlooking Portimao and beyond. Oasis Parque is ideal for a family holiday by the pool or as a base for exploring the region's beaches,towns and villages. And of course don’t forget the new racetrack, some 20 mins drive away.

Molly and I live in Devon near Newton Abbot. hobbies include golf, walking the dog and of course the odd beer at our local ! We have owned our apt since 2004, the purchase arose as a result of two lovely family holidays in the Western Algarve. Why did we buy this particular apt at Oasis Parque ? Quite simply the quality of the complex and the views. From our apt they are simply fabulous,out across the pool to the Monchique Hills. We spent some while furnishing it to a high standard, to make it very much into a comfortable second home. We love the area, the fishing village of Alvor, the fun of eating cheaply at the local restaurants and the fact that you can just relax and find things to do whatever your age or the time of year. It has given our family and many others some fond memories.

Notes on accommodation: Air-conditioning (which doubles as heating in winter months) in lounge and two bedrooms. The apartment is probably not that well suited to children under 5. Outside: Oasis Parque Country Club boasts two outdoor swimming pools (one specifically for young children) and a seasonally heated indoor pool with jacuzzi. Two tennis courts lie adjacent to the large outdoor pool and children's play area. All these facilities are FREE to guests. A family run cafe on site provides a variety of foods and drinks.This doubles up as a restaurant in the evenings. There is a table tennis and pool table by the cafe. Furthermore, all guests can enjoy 10% discount at Boavista golf resort, only a 20 min drive away. Utility Room: Store cupboard which has tennis rackets and sun umbrellas. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Quality bed linen and towels are supplied as standard, with maid cleaning service weekly.

Once arriving at Faro airport, there are a number of methods of getting to your destination of Oasis Parque. These include car, bus, taxi and train. If you have chosen to hire a car, Oasis Parque is located 45 mins west of Faro. The majority of the journey is dual carriageway and generally fairly quiet all year round. We will provide directions in order to ensure a smooth journey.
