Located in a rural setting the property has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and pool, within close proximity to several beaches and a town with numerous restaurants

Built in traditional Mallorcan style to the highest of standards ‘Na Toni’ offers both a peaceful setting and easy access to numerous secluded beaches and costal resorts and is located near the historic town of Santanyi on the beautiful south-east coast. Set in its own gated and private walled garden with uninterrupted views over the pool to the surrounding countryside, the house is secluded and perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The photographs of the house include a link to some drone footage of the exterior of the property and surrounding area,

The location is convenient but sufficiently away from the main town and village of Cala Llombards providing peace and relaxation. The house is 2km from the beaches of Es Moro and S’Amonia and 6km from the main town of Santanyi.

The lounge and dining area open up onto the large partly covered upper terrace offering an area for dining or simply relaxing on the sofas. On the lower terrace level there is ample room for sunbathing by the pool or alternatively on the garden lawn which provides additional shade during the day. There is an abundance of outside space which is child friendly, secluded and comfortable and includes a lovely, relaxing hammock and table tennis facilities.

Inside, there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen which has all the modern facilities and appliances you would expect, including a range cooker, drinks fridge and utility room, enabling you to entertain effortlessly. There is a good selection of spices and sauces for those who like to eat in. Additionally, there is a BBQ area in the garden by the edge of the lawn.

There are 4 large bedrooms, each with air conditioning. The two main bedrooms, located on the first floor, have king sized beds and on-suite bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms, situated on the ground floor, have twin beds with access to a separate shower room. A cot is available and also a sofa bed should additional sleeping accommodation be required. Under floor heating to all the internal rooms for those wishing to stay in the cooler months.

The gardens are mature with a plethora of Mediterranean trees, palms and shrubs. The infinity pool enjoys views across the valley, is very private and easily accessible. The sun stays on the garden until late in the evening during the summer months. The terrace, pool and garden are equipped with warm lights which allow for alfreso dining and provide a lovely ambience.

The house also offers free high speed WiFi, as well as a bluetooth enabled sound system with audio input and satellite TV. There is an assortment of games to keep those smaller guests entertained and we have a range of reading books to help you relax during your stay. We have included a range of information on what to do in the local area and also places to visit across Mallorca should you be keen to explore this beautiful island.

The town of Santanyi, only a short drive away, is a quaint Mallorcan town, with quiet streets full of restaurants, cafes and bars that spill out across the main square. It hosts a traditional market twice a week which is a very popular with tourists and local people alike. There are a number of excellent restaurants serving traditional Mallorcan food and you will also find galleries and workshops in the narrow alleys of this country town.

Why Jo Hindle chose Migjorn Region

Having spent many years holidaying in Mallorca we decided to embark on building our own home on the Island. We had a passion to build a beautiful house in the right location. After 2 years of looking for the plot we finally embarked on the project which was finished in 2007. The area is typical Mallorcan with a local village a few minutes away. The beaches of Es Moro and Salmonia are arguably the most beautiful on the island. Salmonia beach being only 500m from the foot of the garden. The house is in an area with outstanding countryside and is in a very quiet location at the end of small tarmac road with no passing traffic and only 2 other houses within 400m. The nearest town of Santanyi (5 minutes away) has everything that is needed and some excellent restaurants.

What makes this villa unique

Our home offers a standard of accommodation not normally found in rental properties and of which we are very proud. The high quality finish in natural materials make it blend easily into the Mallorcan countryside. In addition, we have all the kitchen appliances that you would expect in your own home to enable entertaining to take place both easily and effortlessly. The house has an open plan kitchen lounge and dining room opening on to the terrace, providing an excellent setting for all.

Looking out across the infinity pool you look down onto the tops of trees and olive groves with a distant view of houses on the horizon. The two bedrooms upstairs have small balconies that enable improved views and a limited view to the sea.

It is set in a lovely tranquil area with close proximity to truly beautiful beaches and the historic town on Santanyi.

Pool The pool is located close to the house but is not fenced off. The pool can be easily seen from the terrace but obvious supervision would be needed for young children. Outside: The house is set in a large plot of 18000 sq m with many trees around the outside. Most of the trees on the plot are small almond trees. Around the house there are several flower beds with two lawned areas and a BBQ. The large infinity pool (10m x 5m) has steps to the shallow end and has sun terraces around 3 sides. The house has a large terrace with sun shade to part of it leading into the house. A shortcut through the garden to the beach on foot is possible but it is quite a tough walk through bushes and not for the infirm or young children. There is ample parking and no passing traffic. Utility Room: Sink unit and worktop complete with washing machine. There is also a separate fridge for drinks. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The house is cleaned each week and fresh linen and bath towels are provided on arrival and are changed weekly. Poolside towels are also provided. An additional midweek clean and change of bedding and towels can be provided at an additional cost. Other: The dining room seats 8, it is set between the lounge and kitchen and has French doors leading to the outside terraced area. The position of the pool and lawned area make it ideal for keeping an eye on any children and for ball games and general play.

A beautiful villa, in a lovely quiet location

We had a wonderful stay at Na Toni and really couldn't find fault with anything. The villa itself is beautiful, even better than the photos, very spacious with high ceilings and spotless on our arrival. It was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, plus books and games and pool toys for the children. It is in a very quiet, peaceful location but just a short drive from some beautiful beaches and the town of Santanyi which was very pretty with a great market and good restaurants. It took us just 45 minutes to drive to Palma, and in an hour we were able to reach the mountains on the west coast so it was great as a base for exploring the island. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Tranquility within easy reach of civilisation

We were a party of four adults and 5 children and the house fitted us all in perfectly. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Details like a well stocked kitchen, numerous pool toys and shelves of books and games meant that we felt right at home as the instructions were clear we were welcome to use them. They even provided separate bath and pool towels if you wanted to travel light.

It is essential to have a car at this property but the nearby town of Santanyi was only a short drive away. We found several good restaurants and enjoyed the incredibly busy market. There are a few beaches nearby to choose from which were all clean and well serviced with nearby car parks and places to eat. We didn't venture too far as we were looking for a relaxing break. There were a couple of days when we didn't leave the house as the pool and gardens were enough to keep us entertained.

The owners communicated well with us throughout and answered any queries we had straight away. I would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here again. If it was possible to walk to the beach from the property it might just be perfect.

Excellent location, beautiful home

We will definitely return to Na Toni. It's brilliantly located near a dozen beaches and well placed for visits to the Santanyi market and village meals - though the pool is enormous and kept us occupied most of the day. We didn't want to leave.

One word "perfect"

When we arrived at Na Toni, wow it took our breath away we where all really excited about our stay and it just got better., beautiful views you could hear a pin drop! There was nothing we came across we needed that wasn't provided at the house. The communication with the owners was above am beyond anything you would expect and the information on the app/guide was great. 100% can't wait to visit again We just wish it was bigger because we want to show everybody :)

One of the BEST villas we have ever been to

The second we arrived at Na Toni, we were overwhelmed with the amount of care and attention that had been paid to the whole place. It was immaculately clean and was extremely well equipped. The pool was beautiful and we sat out every night under the stars, eating the delicious food we had made on the BBQ. Neil and Jo had given us everything we needed, directions were easy to follow and there was Svetlana on call night and day to fix any problems we had. We couldn't get the TV to work (our fault, not pressing the right buttons) and someone was round within 10 minutes to help us. The kitchen was SO WELL equipped we actually got jealous that our kitchens back home didn't look like that. We are already planning our return trip for next year!

Booking Notes:
You are required to make a 25% deposit within 7 days of the booking being agreed. The remaining balance will be due 9 weeks prior to the arrival date. Additionally a £300 breakage deposit is required with the final payment and will be refunded in full subject to there being no breakages. References can be provided if required. This property is strictly non smoking.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days on Saturday only July and August. You must leave the property by 10.30 on the day of departure. On arrival day the house will be ready from 4.00pm.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in euros.
When the holiday runs from one payment rate to another ie. at a month end, the prices are charged at the rate based on the equivalent price per night. Thus for a week spanning June and July some days would be charged at the June rate and some at the July rate.
