Great location, lovely and clean house

Cristina is a lovely owner, easy to deal with and friendly, we had no issues throughout the entire process.

The house is advertised to fit 6 and it is perfectly large enough for it, it is well maintained and clean.

It feels homey and has anything you would want (including a nespresso machine!), it is obvious that they use it as their home when not renting it out.

We went there as a group of 4 adults and 2 kids and had a fantastic time, will most definitely be back.

From the Owner

My parents bought the property in the late 80's and it has been the family holiday home since then. We bought it off them in the year 2000 and refurbished it, we try and make the most of it whenever it is not being rented and often spend full months there. Most people like to rent it over the summer, but Mallorca is actually at its best in Autumn and Spring, when the temperature is pleasant, the volume of people goes down and it becomes a wonderful place for long walks and road cycling.

Nearest Airport : Son San Juan at 45 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Golf de Andratx at 4 Kilometres Car: recommended


Port d´Andratx is on the coast. The closest beach to the house (a tiny one) is at 1/2 minute walking distance from the apartment. You can find a big beach in "Camp de Mar" 10-15 minutes by car.


Airport: Palma Airport, 45km.

Ferry: Puerto de Palma, 20km.

Car hire is recommended to be able to explore the beaches and nearby villages, although it is walking distance from the centre of Andratx.


The apartment is located at a walking distance from the town, shops and restaurants.

Puerto de Andratx is one of the most exclusive destinations in Mallorca. With vast numbers of trendy restaurants and bars to enjoy with friends or with family.

Activities in the area include: boating, fishing, swimming, scuba diving, nice hiking and biking trails and golf courses nearby.

We are flexible with the changeover day, although we prefer Saturdays.
If new tenants are expected to arrive on the same day as your departure, please leave before noon, otherwise we are flexible with your departure time.

We require a booking fee of 20% of the total price upon reservation. The remaining balance will be paid within 2 weeks of arrival.

The property is in a fantastic place to enjoy the amenities of the port. It is not in the busy side of the bay so it is peaceful, but is only a 10 minute lovely walk to the restaurants along the waterfront.
