About Cristina Aldecoa

I was born and grew up in Mallorca although I now live in Madrid with my husband and two daughters.

I am addicted to travelling and will get on a plane to somwhere new whenever I get the chance (being married to an airline pilot helps!).

Why Cristina Aldecoa chose Andratx area

My parents bought the property in the late 80's and it has been the family holiday home since then. We bought it off them in the year 2000 and refurbished it, we try and make the most of it whenever it is not being rented and often spend full months there.

Most people like to rent it over the summer, but Mallorca is actually at its best in Autumn and Spring, when the temperature is pleasant, the volume of people goes down and it becomes a wonderful place for long walks and road cycling.

What makes this apartment unique

The property is in a fantastic place to enjoy the amenities of the port. It is not in the busy side of the bay so it is peaceful, but is only a 10 minute lovely walk to the restaurants along the waterfront.

Great location, lovely and clean house

Cristina is a lovely owner, easy to deal with and friendly, we had no issues throughout the entire process.

The house is advertised to fit 6 and it is perfectly large enough for it, it is well maintained and clean.

It feels homey and has anything you would want (including a nespresso machine!), it is obvious that they use it as their home when not renting it out.

We went there as a group of 4 adults and 2 kids and had a fantastic time, will most definitely be back.

If new tenants are expected to arrive on the same day as your departure, please leave before noon, otherwise we are flexible with your departure time.

Notes on accommodation: The house is ideal for families. Outside: There is a shared swimming pool in the communal garden, and a small private garden with direct access to it on the ground floor. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided and the house is professionally cleaned in each change of tenants (if the tenants are staying for more than 1 week, extra cleaning can be arranged) Other: Large terrace on the upper floor with a table and seating space for around 10 people comfortably with very nice views of the marina and the port.
