Set in a small private complex with only 30 apartments, only 5 minutes walk from Santa Ponsa beach and town, and 5 minutes drive to Santa Ponsa golf and country club. Santa Ponsa is approximately 20 minutes drive from Palma airport. Secure/gated parking space. Apartment has all mod-cons and furnished to a v.high standard, with a new 47" LED TV, Bose hi-fi, DVD player, UK Sky box and Freeview channels. Wireless wi-fi connectivity.

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment itself has just been refurbished and is really nice. The kitchen is very well equipped. We also enjoyed the the large sun terrace which has great view of the well kept gardens and pool area, over to the tree covered mountains.

Lisa and her agent in Santa Ponsa Julie were really helpful and also great to deal with.

The restaurants in Santa Ponsa all seem to be pretty good, we enjoyed Las Olas, Mama Mia and Fat Sams.

Fabulous Property

Magnificent apartment with modern facilities and beautiful gardens. Never a problem with beds and umbrellas around the lovely pool area which is enclosed within the well maintained gardens. Perfect for 5 minute stroll to shops and beach and never any noise within or around the apartments fully recommend this apartment to any couple wishing a fabulous non expensive holiday. Brilliant accommodation in perfect location

Stayed in penthouse apartment for 11 nights with husband and 2 sons. Apartment itself is modern with all you need making it feel like a home from home. Extra large terrace is a bonus if you don't like poolside. Pool area however was always quiet and beds easily available. Location of apartment is perfect. Quiet and secure but literally 5 mins walk from great beach, restaurants etc. If I visit Santa Ponsa in future this will be the apartment I would stay. Brilliant time had by all! Thank you Lisa!

Fabulous apartment.

This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in. It has everything you could possibly need and is maintained to a very high standard. It is very secure and private. Lovely gardens and pool. For us, the "icing on the cake" was the superb, spacious roof terrace. Location is good with short walks to the beach, supermarkets and plenty of shops and restaurants. Contact with the owner is easy and efficient and whilst there, a lovely lady, Julie, couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend this apartment and will certainly book again.

Excellent apartment

Lovely apartment. Everything you could need, and everything to a high standard. Beautiful roof top terrace with comfortable beds. Seats and table for outdoor eating and relaxing. Huge umbrella for shade which was a bonus aswell. Pool area and gardens immaculate, always plenty sun beds free. On arrival Julie who met us at the apartment was so helpful and kind. Taking us to the supermarket , and bringing us back to save using a taxi. A 5 minute walk gets you to the beach and numerous restaurants . A supermarket only 200 yards away, opposite the jutlandia hotel was very handy for supplies. Would definitely go again.

Wonderful apartment

Have stayed here before and always been very happy however this time there have been some improvements, even though we thought it wasn't possible. The kitchen is totally refitted with a full size freezer & fridge, also dishwasher. TV is huge not that you will spend much time watching it with the fantastic sun terrace which gets the sun all day but has a covered area to give you a dappled sunlit area to sit and eat in. The beds are extremely comfy too. The owners could not be more helpful and there contact in Santa Ponsa is a joy to deal with. Can't recommend this property enough it is always presented in well maintained and clean order and the grounds are beautifully kept too. Whoever is lucky enough to stay here will be more than happy. We can't wait to go back.

5 minutes walk to Santa Ponsa beach. The beach is cleaned regularly with sunbeds and Palm umbrellas. 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, regular entertainment and water sports.

Travel:

20 minutes from Palma Airport. Only 5 minutes walk from Santa Ponsa town with supermarkets, banks, restaurants and shops. The main bus station and taxi rank is at the end of the road (200mts).

Distances:

Palma is 20 mins drive (apx 40 euros taxi).

The exclusive Puerto Potals is about 10 mins (apx 15 euros taxi).

Waterparks are approx 10 mins drive. (apx 20 euros taxi).
