Spacious apt, large terrace, Marina facilities on doorstep, short walk to lovely sandy beaches.

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, on 1 level, with lovely views over the marina and the harbour mouth. Large south facing terrace with dining table and chairs as well as sunbeds. The apartment benefits from proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday. Walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shops, watersports, boat trips, cycle hire, supermarkets and sandy beaches. Very close to the Lake Resort and Spa if you require some pampering! It is a short car drive to the famous golf courses, including Victoria. There is a large swimming pool, gardens with sunbeds, which are for the use of residents only. There is 24 hour security around the marina. Secure underground parking for 1 car. The apartment can be accessed either by stairs or several lifts

Wi Fi and plenty of tv channels.

What a great apartment.

We have stayed in Vilamoura 3 times before, but this apartment is by far the best. The apartment lived up to its description with excellent views over the Marina. The facilities in the apartment were everything that you could need. As for the layout, this is the first apartment in many years where we had plenty of wardrobe space along with ample space in each room, including the shower room.

Andy, the manager, was there to meet us when we arrived and explained everything, including the easy way out onto the Marina next to the Akvavit Restaurant, where we ate four times during our stay.

My daughter, son-in-law and their two children were staying in 5 star The Lake Resort Hotel nearby and they were very impressed by this apartment.

Overall, can't fault this apartment at all, and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment near to the facilities of Vilamoura.

excellent apartmet vilamoura marina

this apartmet was so handy to every thing you would want on holiday, very large and very clean, there was a good few english speaking chanels on the tv, andy the man who met us with the keys was so nice and helpful 100% , no need for a car evey thing is in walking distance, my wife and i spent aweek in this apartment and be back to it next year, and great value for the money, jamie and elizabeth kelly , newry northen ireland. 11/6/2015

my wife and i had a brilliant week in this apartment, it is so handy to every thing you need, so no need for a car, the apartment is very clean, there is a good few english chanels on the tv, andy the man that showed us around the apartment when we arrived, was so nice and helpful and at hand straight away if we needed any help 100%, the apartment was great value for the money, we will definitely be renting this apartment again, wendy and andy will be trying to adapt apartment for wheelchair users, jamie and elizabeth kelly, newry northen ireland, 10/6/2015

Excellent Location

The apartment was large, well equipped and comfortable. The large balcony overlooking the marina was an excellent feature, adding to the relaxed, luxury feel. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to be in the centre of the amenities without the noise. We totally relaxed, walking each day to the perfect clean sandy beach nearby. We dined each night on the marina, enjoying excellent food which was not over-priced.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful, relaxing and comfortable stay in this very well presented flat. It has the most stunning terrace which faces directly south, is out of the wind and is a real sun trap. All the furniture is high quality and comfortable and the convertible sofa easily sleeps an adult (or two). The terrace has three comfortable sunbeds.

The kitchen is small but perfect, being fitted with high quality units, white goods (e.g. German) and implements.

The bedroom is very large with a really comfortable king size bed with lovely added touches. Both the lounge and bedroom have double patio doors onto the terrace with that amazing view. The floors are new (German) laminate and it has just been redecorated and rewired. The heating and A/C work well. We didn't use the pool but it looks clear and really well kept.

There are plenty of restaurants in Vilamoura all within walking distance, and there are more in Quateira just 20 - 30 minutes walk away. All the restaurants are good to great with the ones a street or two off the marina offering very good value for money.

For beach lovers nearby Felesia beach is fabulous with beach cafes and restaurants (in season) and is also a lovely walk especially at sunset.

This flat really is ideally located and beautifully presented if you like relaxing, eating, walking. We don't play golf but there appear to be plenty of those.

I have no negative comments at all for this flat. It is stunning and you don't need a car.

It was exactly as described on Owners Direct web site. It was a well maintained property located right on the Marina and yet very quite at night. The client manager was on site for our arrival and was most helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property as a location for a holiday, in fact we intend to stay there again.

Loved this 2nd floor apt for its marina views from the south facing terrace. All on one level.

Nearest Airport : Faro at 20 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Akvavit Restaurant and bar and others at 200 Metres Nearest Golf : Several golf courses within Vilamoura at 2 Kilometres Nearest Train : Loule at 8 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : N125 at 5 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Akvavit at 200 Metres Nearest Beach : Falesia and Vilamoura beaches at 800 Metres Car: not necessary

5 minutes walk to lovely sandy beaches, with beach bars etc.

No need for a car, but allocated secure parking space adjacent to the apartment.

30 minutes from Faro airport. Almancil and Quinta do Lago 20 minutes drive. Loule 15 mins drive.

Virtually everything you need for a relaxing holiday is on your doorstep.

  • A secure apartment as on the 3rd floor. Fully air-conditioned. Ideal for a couple Large swimming pool surrounded by gardens, with sunbeds etc for use of residents only. Entrance to pool area by swipe card only. Sunbeds, dining table and chairs provided on the south facing terrace of the apartment where you can relax and enjoy evening dining while overlooking the marina, with the sea in the distance. Linen and towels are included. Extra linen and cleaning can be arranged locally with Andy (my manager).
