This beautiful 1 bedroom ground floor apartment is built to the highest standards and is located in the Viamar complex in a quiet area of Vilamoura, just 25 minutes from Faro airport. The complex has a beautiful private garden with swimming pool and children's pool. Vilamoura's 5 prestigious golf courses are within 5 mins drive. The marina with it's international restaurants, cafe's, bars, casino, night club, boutiques and shops is 10-15 minutes walk. The magnificent Falesia beach is within 15 minutes walk and a supermarket, 2 restaurants and 2 bars are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Activity and Interests


Vilamoura has Aqua Parks and the beautiful Falesia and Marina beaches. Zoo Marine water park with dolphins etc. is within 30 mins drive or you can arrange to be collected by coach when booking.


A car is not absolutely essential for Vilamoura itself, however it would be an advantage to golfers, those with young children and those wishing to visit some of the surrounding areas.


Faro airport is 25 minutes drive. Taxi's to/from the airport should cost about 20-25 euro. The nearby town of Quarteira has a daily fish market and a general market every Wednesday and is easily reached by bus or a taxi will cost just 5 euro. The inland town of Loule which is 15 minutes by car has a popular food market every Saturday morning.

Local amenities include: Europe's largest marina, big game fishing, beach fishing, boat trips, swimming, scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing, cycling, tennis, lawn bowls, horse riding, aqua parks, casino, night club, excellent restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques, shops and good family night life. At the Casino you can enjoy excellent West End type shows with or without a meal at very reasonable prices.
