This resort offers an array of bars, restaurants and shops without the bustle of the bigger tourist resorts. The resort compromises of two large pools, a play area and a pool side bar and shop. The apartment is furnished to an exceptional standard throughout and has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Along with all the modern accessories such as a dishwasher, washing machine etc the apartment also has full air conditioning and heating throughout and English / SKY television channels (SKY Sports 1/2/3/4/F1, BT Sports 1/2, Disney, Cartoons, Discovery , History etc.).There is a large 37" LCD TV in the living room and a the master bedroom also has a LCD TV offering SKY. The apartment also has free and unlimited Broadband Internet via a Wi-Fi connection. The apartment is furnished in light oak throughout. Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels are also provided.

Activity and Interests
Praia da Luz Blue Flag beach is only a short walk away. This beautiful beach is ideal for swimming, sun bathing and water sports are available. There is also a rocky area suitable for fishing from. Fishing villages are only a short drive away or can be reached via coastline walks. There is also a cliff top walk over to Lagos.
Faro airport is approx a 50 min drive from Luz. Car hire is available at the airport however if advised on booking we can advise of a very reliable company with very competitive rates. Taxi service can be arranged for those not wanting to hire a car.
The historic town of Lagos is 5km to the east. A regular bus service is available. There is a beautiful marina, many shops, bars and restaurants with quaint cobbled streets. For the more energetic there are 2 excellent water parks only a short drive away and the Zoomarine is well worth a visit.
Praia da Luz has everything you need for a relaxing holiday or a more energetic holiday if you prefer with many water sports, horse riding, golfing, fishing and walking. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment.

A non refundable deposit of 20% is required on booking with the remainder due 8 weeks before you are due to holiday. I also require a £200 breakages deposit. This will be refunded back to you on arrival home once my management company has confirmed the property has be maintained to a high standard.

- Notes on accommodation: This property is suitable for children. There is air conditioning and granite heat stones in all rooms. Outside: The gardens are maintained to the highest standards and all communal areas are regularly cleaned and maintained. The two pools and children's area are taken care of by the development staff. Utility Room: Ironing board and iron, clothes airer and pegs, vacuum cleaner etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fresh linen/towels provided and a maid service will operate twice a week to clean the apartment.
