Kato Paphos, is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the mediterranean with around 340 days of sunshine per year, and the privately owned Limnaria Gardens apartments and villas are one of the most popular holiday destinations in Kato Paphos.

Our apartments are in blocks C and D, ideal for sun worshippers, with southerly facing aspects they are bathed in Sunshine from mid-morning through to late evening.

The 1 bedroom apartment is in block C, directly overlooking the main free-form pool. With a large double balcony it's ideal lazing the day away and watching the activities around the pool.

The ground floor 2 bedroom apartment is in block D, directly overlooking the second free-form pool. It has a large private terrace with direct access to the pool and is equipped with tables, chairs and sunbeds so there is no need to get up early to reserve a sunbed around the pool.

A luxury, first floor, pool facing apartment with magnificent views across the pools and gardens of the Limnaria Gardens complex.

Having a Southerly aspect the sun bathes our apartment in sunshine from mid morning through to late evening when the sun sets over the complex.

We are close the Alexander the Great hotel with just a short walk to the restaurants and bars of the Kato Paphos tourist area.

There is a wonderful coastal path in front of the Alexander the Great hotel, which in one direction leads to the ''Triangle' area and in the other direction leads to the harbour. Roughly 10 minutes stroll in each direction.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with fly screens, WiFi, Internet UK TV, electronic safe, hair dryer, washing machine etc

It has a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress with linen and towels provided (for use in the apartment). Private sunbeds for use by our guests are provided by the pool. Parking is also provided

About the Owner

We are a couple in our mid 50's living in Shropshire approximately 35 miles North West of Birmingham and have been visiting Cyprus on a regular basis since Gary first spent some time there with his work in 1985.

We have stayed in some nice apartments on the complex but yours is by far the best. The decor and surroundings internally are well laid out and the large balcony with lovely furniture is a great place to eat and chill morning, noon and night along with the solar lights that come on as the sun goes down is a nice touch. The complex is well situated for bars and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. We cannot wait to go back for 2 weeks in September." Michael Gunn, May 2012.

Our criteria when looking to purchase property in Cyprus was influenced by the hotels we had stayed at when on holiday. We wanted somewhere with a large free-form walk-in communal pool so that we didn't need to maintain one ourselves. We also wanted somewhere within walking distance of the restaurants and bars in the tourist areas so that we wouldn't need to hire a car. We also wanted a pool view with a Southerly aspect so that we had the maximum sunshine during the day. After searching the main resorts of Ayia Napa, Larnaca, Limassol and Paphos we found what we were looking for in the Limnaria Gardens complex in Kato Paphos.

The apartments are a 25 minute taxi drive from Paphos airport. Taxis are available from outside the arrivals terminal and cost around 30 Euros for 2 people.

Distances:

5 minute walk to tourist area of Kato Paphos.

Changeover Day:
Change-over day is flexible between October and June, for July, August and September we only accept bookings that start and end on a Saturday

The Limnaria Gardens complex is less than 20km from Paphos airport so a very short journey after leaving the arrivals hall. The complex is close to the restaurants and bars but far enough away not to be disturbed by the buzz of the resort. For beach lovers the complex is only 300m from the Paphos communal beach next to the Alexander the Great hotel.
