The property is located in the upmarket and centrally located La Residencie development. The USP of this property is that it is the only one available for rent that is on the select and elevated rear row - that is the only row with sea view - if you are considering booking on La Residencie, then the natural first choice is the only property with sea views from the elevated balcony on the prime sought after rear row.

The property has a large south facing 15sq.m private balcony off the lounge. This balcony is secluded for sun bathing and gets the sun most of the day.

The property thus enjoys panoramic 180 degree Ocean views from this centrally located house that can sleep 5 in the two bedrooms & bed settee in the lounge. There is a great large balcony - large enough for two sunbeds and two chairs with small eating table - with great ocean views. The living room has its own dining area with table and chairs.

Nice two bed apartment with everything you need for a self catering holiday
Central location in Costa Calma, apartment has all facilities for a self catering stay. Smart tv with uk channels available. Decor good and nice views from balcony / terrace. Overall we would definitely stay in this accommodation again.

Perfect apartment and location for us
Having mobility issues the apartment is in a good location for us. There is parking outside and just 3 steps to enter. A corner shop is less than 100 metres away and a selection of restaurants 300m away. The apartment is spacious and equipped with what is needed. Satellite TV has all the channels - BBC, ITV Sky etc The beds on the balcony are not overlooked and there is sun from sunrise to about 4pm. Ideal for us as the beach, which is about 10 minutes normal walk away, but is down a slope. We had an Island wide power cut whilst here but Phil, the manager, was very attentive to our needs and always available. Contact with the owner was also very quick. Ideal apartment and we shall return.

Wonderful apartment, great location
Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Equipped with everything we needed for the three of us though a bit light on crockery, would have been tricky with two older kids. Bed was the comfiest we have ever had away from home. Location great ten minutes walk to beach small supermarket straight across the road bread and cakes and a wealth of restaurants just round the corner. Would recommend

Relaxing
Really had a relaxing holiday in Costa Calma. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need with parking outside, the balcony is a good size with a pleasant view and is protected from the wind. The location of the apartment for us was ideal set at the back of the resort but only 5 minutes walk to bars a restaurants. We have stayed in Costa Calma many times and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the fantastic beaches but be aware it is a relatively quite resort (not Correljo or Benidorm). Would definitely stay at this Apt if we return again next year. Thank you Iain for allow to stay and also a big thank you to Phil for is great communication and friendless getting us into the apartment.

Why they chose this property

I had travelled a lot in the Canaries. Done many golf holidays in Tenerife and guys holidays in Gran Canaria and family holidays in Lanzarote.
I reluctantly booked a package holiday to Fuerteventura one year thinking it this was the poor man's Canary Island. How wrong could I be.
It was simply stunning. I had never seem beaches in Eurpope this good. The low rise building were colourful and looked Andalusian in design (none of that boring white stuff with blue windows or tall tower blocks).
The property prices seemed to be about 25% cheaper than the other Canary islands and yet the island was 125% more beautiful.
Fuerteventura to me means that once you visit it, you will never go back to Lanzarote or Gran Canaria etc.

What makes this property unique

Location. Location. Location and Value for Money.

This property is in a great location close to everything you need. Car hire is not essential. That is, we are not stuck way out of town pretending to be in the town.

The property is fantastic value for money having a great USP of amazing views and lots of inside and outside space. This is coupled with great FIBRE Wifi and real proper TV (SKY movies, SKY sports, BT sports, BBC, ITV etc). There is also a high grade German TV system. This coupled with modern furnishings, make this a great holiday choice. 50 inch SMART TV.


The many reviews prove this to be the case going back over a long number of years.

The USP of this property is the space and views. In truth, pound for pound for pound, there is no better value. It blows away most properties.

The FIBRE wifi is fast and strong and will be ideal if you need to catch up on work or stream video. The real SKY & BT Sports, BBC / ITV etc TV helps parents - it is genuine - watch out for the trick of properties quoting English TV only for you to find out that is English but is actually no English channels that you have never heard of.

50 inch SMART TV for your Netflif and Amazon Prime etc.

XBOX ONE SERIES S games console on separate 32 inch TV.
