This modern, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse is furnished to the highest standards. It is found on the prestigious Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole La Torre golf course. Inside you have light and airy interiors with patio doors which lead to a garden and shaded sun terrace where you can dine alfresco. Alternatively, relax and enjoy sipping your glass of wine on the spectacular upper-level terrace giving uninterrupted views over almond groves. With satellite TV, CD/DVD player, FREE Wi-Fi and air-con/heating throughout, its a home from home all year round. The 5 star resort is secure and self-contained, perfect for the whole family, with its own supermarket, clubhouse, bars and restaurants inc. 16 communal pools all within easy walking distance. The beautiful blue flag beach of Los Alcazares and modern resort of Narejos are also merely 15mins drive offering many shops, bars, and restaurants. The house is 20 mins drive from the beautiful city of Murcia. San Javier Airport is 15 mins away.

Why Kevin Cowell chose Cartagena & Mar Menor

Property bought off-plan in 2004 and then waited until 2007 for it to be completed. Eventually, everything that we had hoped for on this excellent self-contained golf resort. The beautiful region of Murcia has so many interesting areas and some of the most beautiful beaches and safest sea in all of Spain. Perfect for a family.

What makes this house unique

The property is ideally located. A short walk (even for little legs) to the town centre, or to the nearest swimming pool, but isolated enough for quiet evenings relaxing on the terrace.

We had a lovely relaxing time at your accommodation. It was lovely to have those 'home from home' comforts and we were well catered for. It was particularly nice to have the choice of being able to sit out with a choice of the patio and the roof sun terrace. The use of cool-box, loungers etc was fab for taking to the beach. Great Holiday

We had a great 10 day stay in this lovely house. It has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The personal touches, such as beach towels, sports equipment, coolie box and pool toys were very much appreciated. The house is located in a quiet area of the resort, but only a 5 minute walk from the centre, where there is a well stocked supermarket and a couple of restaurants & bars. The resort is ideally located to explore the local area. You do need a car, but the driving is easy and it is only a short drive to the beaches and other local attractions, such as the water park and zoo in Murcia, Murcia City and the beautiful town of Cartegena. The resort was fairly quiet, with numerous pools, a couple of tennis courts and well kept communal areas. Kevin's communication was great and he provided all the information we asked for before and after the trip. Would highly recommend and would love to re-visit.

A lovely stay

We had a great time at this townhouse in the La Torre resort. The house itself is clean and spacious, with lovely outside spaces, and it is well equipped with everything you might need, from bottle openers to pool toys! It is close to bars and restaurants but still peaceful. Highly recommended

This was our second visit, another great holiday!

This was our second visit, another great holiday! We ventured out and about more this visit, the zoo in Murcia is fab and Cartegena by train was easier than driving! The house and location was as good as last year, probably the best position on the whole resort. Would recommend and go again! Owner Kevin great to deal with!

Relaxing holiday

We enjoyed our stay in the villa which is in a very good location on site and spent a lot of time on the sun terrace! It was an easy stroll to the supermarket for essentials like fresh bread and wine! The Italian restaurant is worth a visit or two.

La Torre was a good base to visit the many local beaches and further afield Mar Menor and Cartagena for some culture, shopping and people watching at the port.

Air con appreciated - it was hot for the whole 10 days.

Excellent apartment

Excellent apartment would stay again .complex very nice swimming pools are good not a lot for kids to do unless you play golf . Could do with a bit more for kids
